That's hillarious, in 2016 1.6 million Scots voted FOR THE UK to stay in the EU. Not for Scotland to stay in the EU, the UK.

2 million Scots voted for Scotland to stay in the UK knowing there was a big question mark hanging over the UK's membership of the EU, given that at that time there was a UK wide referendum in the manifesto of the governing party and Miliband had already blown it.

<1.3 million Scots vote for a few seedy separatists and suddenly the SNP start proclaiming that Scotland wants to leave the UK.

It doesn't.

And throwing away sovereignty to the EU is not independence.
It would put a hard border between England and Scotland and Scotland would have to pay.

Most of Scotland's trade is with the rest of our country, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
