One thing for sure. You are not being serious. And of course you are not going to supple one iota of evidence of one of her cock ups are you. Lets start with the Johnston and his cock ups and the billions wasted on PPE and test and trace. Along with the sleaze bags filling their bank accounts. Then lets look at the cock up of Brexit. Then lets look at the cock up of Truss. That cost me as a Scottish taxpayer. Then lets look at the cock up of 3 Prime Ministers in months. . That nobody voted for. How very fascist. What cock up and blame had you in mind by Sturgeon that cost you nothing as a Englsih tax payer had you in mind. That the FM made a career of. LOL, brilliant. Evening JD, I trust scarymary is in fine fettle, excellent. However, back to hostilities. SNP failure in Education, in Health, in Justice, on the economy and jobs, on tackling the SNP's appalling drug-deaths record, and in its failure to be honest with the Scottish People. The tired, dishonest and increasingly incoherent SNP administration continues to pile catastrophe on chaos, wrecking livelihoods on a daily basis. And in the middle of a pandemic, when Scotland has gained hugely from the UK decision to press ahead with vaccine approvals and purchases, the arrogant SNP still puts party before people, continuing to pursue its destructive obsession with separation. Despite the clear and once in a generation democratic decision in 2014 of you, the Scottish People, to back the Union and reject separation, the SNP's priority is not rebuilding Scotland, not concentrating on undoing the harm caused by its mismanagement of the economy, but instead to push for destructive division with all the economic chaos and misery that would bring to Scotland. www.highlandconservatives.co.uk/news/fmqs-sturgeon-sinks-under-pressure-ps250-million-ferry-fiascowww.highlandconservatives.co.uk/news/damning-audit-scotland-report-exposes-snp-failures-scotlands-nhswww.highlandconservatives.co.uk/snp-failures Highland Tories??? Very balanced I don't think

Oh geez more undiluted drivel. NHS waiting times. 945,072 people waited more than 12 hours in England A&E departments in 2021-22. That’s 48 times larger than the figure for Scotland 19,667, Scottish nurse average pay is £36,631 in England £33,384. Drug deaths per 10000 in Scotland is higher because it includes death by alcohol. English figures do not. . That is separate from a worse drug problem. That goes down to England. It has a bigger drug problem in primary schools and prisons on their own than the entire drug problem in Scotland. Apart from that it is a retained matter. Which you clearly do not understand what it means. The Scottish government has asked for it to be devolved. But refused. Because they post shite for the likes of you to believe, like oil has ran out, making the SNP look bad.. The FM has about as much chance solving the drug problem in Liverpool as she does in Auchtermuchty, Drug deaths in Scotland 2021, including alcohol 1,330. Drug deaths in England for the same period 4561 and by alcohol 8,974. In total 13,535. Not even close. Who feeds you the garbage you post. Local Authority PFI debts for NHS trusts in England is over £300 billion. That is more than the gold reserves held by the Bank of England. www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2019/jul/19/scotland-drugs-problem-westminster-policywww.gov.scot/publications/foi-202100227354/In terms of the economy. For the second time in as many years as Scottish oil keeps bankrupt England afloat. Scotland is the only UK nation to have exported more goods internationally than it has imported every year since records began. In terms of exports per head, Scotland outperforms the UK: Scotland exports £17,455 per head per year, while England exports £8,626 per head per year. Scotland is an exporting powerhouse, whose success has had nothing to do with being part of the UK, but whose future has been jeopardised due to the UK taking Scotland out of the European Union.. .Not including oil and gas, Scotland sold £86.4 billion in goods and services to England. England sold £93.4 billions in goods and services to Scotland. Scotland in terms of countries is England's largest trading partner with exports to Scotland greater than to Brazil, South Africa, Russia,. India, China and Japan put together. Scotland has the highest inward investment rate in Europe. Not only that since the SNP took power they have underspend every year. Regarding the once in a life time drivel. You keep missing out the next part. Providing there was not a material change in circumstances. And of course the Britnat rants the Union is voluntary has been blown out of the water. You will have to explain your drivel about education and justice. . You do understand if Scotland had been on its merry own in 1976. England would still be a third world basket case economy in the hands of the IMF. England the sick man of Europe. Again. Dragging energy rich Scotland with it. Again. Very informative links there RR, I rather like this quote, Hits the nail on the head, good post. What hits the nail on the head. A copy and paste because it has not changed since the last time I posted it. Scotland was awarded a navy contract for 5 frigate. It started of as 13 new frigates in 2010. All to be built on the Clyde. It is now 5 Frigates twelve years overdue and billions over budget. Then there was failing Grayling. Near the top of any list is the disastrous, now-cancelled contract for post- Brexit ferries with a firm that didn't have any ferries. That cost the tax payer, that's me £14 million. Then on top of that. A couple of weeks later, On 1 March the government was forced to settle £33m in a court case with Eurotunnel they were accused of a “secretive” process of handing out no-deal contracts to ferry firms. That £33 million cost the taxpayer. That's me. In 2017 after another monumental cock up. He cost the tax payer, that's me, £72,000. All followed by more cock ups. To cut a long story short. In total Grayling cost the taxpayer, that's me. £2.7 billion. Of course that does not include the hundreds of billions on sleaze and wasted PPE. What nail and what head are you ranting about. And what part of the fact that the First Minister had nothing to do with the Ferry contract. That you have been told about 50 times. Fails to register in the grey matter, between your lugs. And you still have not supplied one iota of evidence on all this money you slaster the FM stole. Your level of credibility complete with lies, is on the same level as a diesel driven donut

The ruling was never in doubt. Constitutionally, Westminster has full control.
However wat Nicola can now do is use the next GE as a de facto referendum.
We cannot exactly turn round and say "a GE is about multiple issues" because WE used the last GE as a de facto referendum on Brexit :/

The ruling was that the Union is not voluntary. FFS in 1707 the Jocks wanted a union. No they didn't. A majority of upper class traitors did. There was mass rioting when the dirty deed was done
