Most people of the Left, indeed most Progessive's which includes Liberals, can see both right and wrong on both sides of many arguments and issues, and thats what makes us "progressive" and you "regressive". For anyone to say that Hamas has not committed attrocities would be the opinion of someone not quite right in the head - and for anyone to say that the Israeli's have not caused too many deaths of innocent civilians, or that they are not responsible for hunger, disease and suffering of innocent people, would also be the opinion of someone who is not very bright. The inteligent people are always those who can see both sides of an argument, the fools are always the ones who without even thinking, automatically blame any side which consists of Muslims, because it fits in with their narrow minded thinking. Most people of "The Left" do not support any form of terrorism, and they do not support the IRA, and I would never personaly contemplate supporting the IRA, however, and as a Libertarian, I do understand what it is that Irish Nationalists campaign for .... One Island / One Ireland. |

As for your insinuations and smears, they clearly do not describe somebody who listens to all sides. It's just an attack on Israel and a claim of Islamophobia which ends on a strawman. I honestly do not know how many on the Left support terrorism, but it's clearly enough to cause a stir.
As for left-wing progressivism, they're in opposition to actual free-speech today, which sets them on the path to tyranny. I understand you have to rely on projections, but to describe yourself as some opposite of what you are isn't going to impress me.
I do not believe opposing Islamism or the IslamoLeft to be regressive. I believe it's fighting for liberty and the hedonistic English lifestyle where people are free to discuss topics without fear of persecution from people like you.
