There are none. They were abolished in England & Wales in 2008. All The Best Maybe so but that does not apply to the rest of the country. The common law of blasphemy was only abolished in Scotland today and blasphemy remains an offence in Northern Ireland. Then don't go to backward countries with Blasphemy Laws then... ...simples. All The Best

All The Best But we actually live in a country with blasphemy laws albeit that, as of today, it is only the Northern Irish part of our country that has them. I don’t see that changing any time soon given their Bible Belt tendencies tbh.

'Arrest me!': JK Rowling challenges Scotland's new hate crime laws sarcastically urging followers to respect 'lovely Scottish lass' convicted double rapist Isla Bryson's pronouns and 'Fragile flower' sex attacker Katie Dolatowski in excoriating blast

Bad things happen when good people are afraid to speak out, which is why (theoretically, at least) we treasure our "freedom of speech." Abridging that right can only lead to societal decay.........It is the institutionalising and merchandising of people's feelings and needs that is the problem.
Most would live and let live but using our respect for individual feelings to create pressure points and break fought for protections is more harmful to those it intends to protect.........

JK Rowling has posted a series of sarcastic tweets about the more widely known criminals who are masquerading as women, her final tweet as follows,
#ArrestMe #AprilFools #HateCrimeActScotland
Let's see if the junta have the bollocks to take her on.
Edited to add that since this article was published a few hours ago there have been 4,399 comments, all of which are supportive of JK Rowling and also are hugely derogative, offensive and belittling of the Scottish First Minister.

Blocking the insane gender recognition act was the best thing the Tories have done in years, they should block this too. And abolish devolution.

Wings over Scotland are going for it as well, the Rev has sought legal advice and is now providing detailed information to white males on how to fill the complaint forms in and urging everyone to submit them daily to help stamp out hate.

I don’t see that changing any time soon given their Bible Belt tendencies tbh. Do we? I live in England, England abolished its backwards Blasphemy Laws in 2008. As far as I am aware there is nothing at all stopping a current legal resident of NI moving to a part of the UK that has no Blasphemy Laws. If they all did so, en masse, it would send an unignorable message to the NI legislature that change was needed, and if said legislature did ignore that message then they would lose the economic impact of those people. Those that choose to stay in NI have chosen to live in a backward part of the world, so they have to live with it. All The Best

And I live in Scotland so we both live in the same country, just different parts. I presumed that you lived in England tbh. I live in Scotland so we both live in the same country, just different parts. Another part of our country I.e. N.I. still has blasphemy laws so yes, we live in a country with blasphemy laws - although thankfully in neither of the parts that you and I live in.

So hang on Are you trying to tell me the fucking scots can have me in scots law for thinking something in wales No, they can’t. However, as I understand it, if you post something online in Wales and someone in Scotland opens it up then you are deemed to have published in Scotland and are subject to the Hate Crimes law. On that basis, everyone posting on here is subject to this law.

Let us hope that Polis Scotland is able to meet the challenge set for them by the First Minister. To monitor the whole world, extradite everyone and complete non crime hate reports will be a most impressive achievement. Last count on the Telegraph letters page gives over 5000 criminals voicing their opinions since mid morning. But first they will have to attend to JK Rowlings, let's see how they get on there.

Well good luck with THAT They can 'deem' it all they like but as I said to make it stick they have to drag me to Edinburgh Let them fucking try Their fucking stupid gender shit got shot down by The United Kingdom parliament and frankly the first non Scotsman they attempt to fuck over for saying something posted from a source south of Berwick Upon Tweed is going to see this bullshit dashed on the same rocks IF and I stress IF a Scot wants to string up another Scot for bullshit like this, fair enough. Scotland as our resident sporran worriers repeatedly lecture me has a legal system of its own over which those lawmakers south of Berwick upon Tweed have no right to piss with. Well that shit works both ways. Come on if you're hard enough but my longbow is quite effective long before you get inside claymore wielding range and that's just round bloody one

As you say it will be an impressive achievement. I feel the need to open a VPN to Seeland and post something hateful about haggis hunters on their dark web servers. Let's see how effective this is As the Questors seeking the holy grail were told in days of lore .... I fart in your general direction .. PS Has JKR got a crowdfund page. I mean it's not as if she is likely to need it with what she's made, but I feel the need to chuck an English five pound note in her direction if she will have it, just to show solidarity with the cause.....
