Archbishop of Canterbury is a woke idiot...

My interest in the Human condition was first triggered by a young woman on a BBC programme in the 1970s called 'Tomorrows world'. She provided the information that the Amygdala worked as an early warning system that warned of danger and of perceived danger. It was obvious to me that the instantaneous reactions required to do that job meant that it built up a memory of actual and perceived dangers of its own. And did that outside of the much slower to react logical brain. 

In a second instance also around the 1970s I saw an old film of an awful experiment carried out on a human being. In a small auditorium partly surrounded by junior doctors, a man in a wheel chair was pushed in, clearly seen on a raised stage area. The 'victim' with a hole already prepared in his skull, had two steel needles pressed inches into his brain just to prove to the audience that the brain has no pain receptors. It followed that the brain could only recognise pain taking place outside of itself, but could not feel that pain. 

Once my interest was ignited, I watched many programmes about the Human condition, In 1989, pissed off by the stupidity of Thatcher's destruction of so many engineering businesses I packed up my interest in engineering and retrained into a professional position. 

My training and my 20+ years of professional experiences allows me to recognise just how useless it is trying to educate morons with their fixed ill informed opinions who refuse to see beyond the end of their nose. And who expose their nonsense Rightist political positions with their trade mark denigration and insinuating remarks.
