Just listened to a news bulletin, so far today with the help and connivance of French and UK border forces and of course the RNLI, 270 criminals have crossed the channel from the EU state of France. That's two hundred and seventy, and it's only midday. 500 by tea time? Looks promising. Is it an wonder this disaster, this ongoing catastrophe this huge threat to national security is costing UK tax payers £15 million a day in hotel bills alone.

The young girl was with her three siblings, pregnant mother, and father, who all fell into the canal shortly after the boat was launched, according to local officials.

In the OP I wondered if yesterdays total would reach 500. As far as I can see the total number of illegals who were ferried across the channel by Border Farce and RNLI vessels yesterday was just under 400. Of course that's not including illegals who crossed in cars & lorries.
And still they come.

It is never ending no matter what he do , no other country in Europe has come up with a viable method of dealing with them, allegedly we have now made a deal with France to track down where the rubber dinghy's originated from or being made in Europe , but if I recall correctly that is already in place.

Europe is facing an unprecedented amount of migrant applications, as figures reach an all time high.
More than one million applications for asylum in the European Union were lodged in 2023, with a large percentage coming from migrants from Syria and Afghanistan.
The figures, compiled by the European Union Asylum Agency (EUAA), found that Germany had the highest number of applications, with France second.
The report was published on Wednesday and sparked concern, with an application increase of 18 percent compared to 2022.
The EUAA found an increase since 2020, when travel resumed following the pandemic. Figures are similar to those in 2015 and 2016, when 1.3 million people fled during the civil war in Syria.
Germany received 334,000 asylum applications in 2023, with France receiving 167,000. Spain came in next at 162,000 applications, with Italy receiving 136,000.
In the EU as a whole, Syrians submitted 181,000 applications, followed by Afghans with 114,000. However, the number of applications from Afghans fell by 11 percent when compared to 2022.
Turkish nationals submitted 101,000 applications, an 82 percent increase on the previous year, most of them in Germany.
Not all applications submitted in the EU are approved. Syrians and Afghans were granted protection in 80 percent and 61 percent of applications, but under different statuses.

The EU have gone from welcoming all comers to a borderless Europe and opening job centres in Africa in 2008/9, to a few years later erecting anti immigrant fences on their eastern border and forcing boats back to Libya. And incidentally, in spite of the ECHR and ECtHR, the EU have sent immigrants to Rwanda. If the UK government had any sense, or any balls, they would be taking a case to the International Court of Justice for compensation from the utterly incompetent and unelected EU who without the consent of anyone have changed Europe for the worse, for ever. |

But it would show intent. It's just been revealed that the number of illegals crossing the channel is 25% higher than this time last year. Sunak has utterly failed, and we have a Labour government to look forward to.

But the UK has regained control of its borders. How come immigration is at such a high level. It was the pivital promise of the Brexiteers — how come they’re not having their feet held to the fire as promised by those who swore they would ensure Brexit was carried out…?
