It epitomises modern day Britain unfortunately, and the groupthink denialism makes our nation look gutless, weak and even terrified to broach certain topics and issues.
The PM and most other politicians cannot bring them self to call-out Islamists alone.
We have frightened MP's who want to work from home because they are in fear and feel vulnerable, we have Mr. Hoyle breaking Parliamentary convention and yet, the PM and MP's cannot bring themselves to call out where this threat comes from
without lumping the far-right into the spotlight. No, it isn't the far right who are threatening MP's. It is Islamists and if anyone it's the the far-left militant mob who threaten MP's with their divisive and intimidatory behaviour.
Joe Public isn't even allowed to ask themselves 'where is the threat coming from?' because the opinions and answers are "Islamophobic".

Islamists murdered David Amess in 2021, PC Keith Palmer in 2017, stabbed Labour MP Stephen Timms in 2010, and have killed over 100 Britons in terror attacks on these shores. And I'd hazard a bloody good guess it isn't the far-right Mr. Hoyle & co. cowered away from in Parliament recently.

There's no such thing as a "Far Right" in this country. Don't be silly. "Ken McCallum said MI5 was seeing teenagers as young as 13 drawn into extremist activity, often online. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-57829261

It's smoke and mirrors. His minions wrote his speech and they couldn't mention one type of extremist without mentioning the another type. When Islamists and the rabid far-left are burning down their offices they will still refuse to call it out and sack everyone else who does. They're weak lying cowards demanding special protection for themselves when they should all be strung up for treason.
I couldn't help thinking that your Avatar was laughing at your post.

By far the largest group marching for peace are not Muslims. So he might well have a problem on his hands pointing out who exactly is threatening the Westminster party, so I guess he is just lashing out in all directions. Perhaps those marching for 'peace' are not the ones intimidating and threatening. It is not the marches it is what happens within the marches that is the problem. Once again I have to say that the MPs have largely brought this upon themselves as they tacitly supported violent acts and intimidation against a variety of individuals and groups over the last 60 years and because they were held to be outsiders that violence was not decried. We have had Peter Griffiths, Enoch Powell, the EDL, the NF, the BNP (and two BNP MEPS), Nigel Farage and a host of others whose views have been denounced by the Westminster cabal and as such have been seen to be fair game for the violent protestors. Now that that violence and intimidation has arrived at their door through political differences on foreign affairs it becomes a danger. It always has been. Well, I wouldn't have a clue, but they do seem awfully paranoid that the electorate is out to get them.

Well therein lies the problem, this type of thing has been going on for years with the tacit approval of those who are now bemoaning that it is happening to them.

I keep wondering this, who are these so called far-right suppose to be threatening?
This is a smokescreen because they don't want it to look like it's just the Muslims doing all the threatening, the far-left.
They are trying to balance it out by making up fictitious claims against this invisible far-right group?
