Here how the law stand for you who don't Now it. It punishes the hard working tax.payer Under the old rules a court will only grant a possession order to a landlord if their tenant is two months behind on their rent when their case is heard. This gives time for tenants to make up lost rent ahead of the hearing, to avoid being made homeless. The new law mandatory ground for repeated serious arrears. Eviction will be mandatory where a tenant has been in at least two months’ rent arrears three times within the previous three years, regardless of the arrears balance at hearing.” But Alicia Kennedy, director of the campaign group Generation Rent, told The Independent that some renters would find themselves in arrears “for reasons out of their control”.That might be the case anyway. Why should the landlord lose money for reasons outside of THEIR control ie renters who don’t pay the rent ? Are these landlords under threat of being Made homeless. I'm sure evictions are one of the main drivers of ever increasing homelessness

Why are they under threat of losing income if under the old law the Tennant given more time to pay what owed . Rather then just Chuck them out and possibly leave the properties empty over a period of time if it's about there income

Rather then just Chuck them out and possibly leave the properties empty over a period of time if it's about there income Under the old law the tenant could effectively be perma behind in rent arrears . They could piss the landlord around and pay just enough to stop action against them and then fall behind . The new law wasnt made to evict tenants..do you know why ? Because landlords like tenants …who pay rent .

Sure will be given Much more time to be given higher mortgage areas at time Even the Govenment must see the fallacy of there own law. To put forward a bill to amend it Surly you see that.

Renting a home is buying a service . The landlord is responsible for their part of the contract and the tenant is responsible for theirs . One of the responsibilities of the tenant ( the main one ) is to pay for the service . Now..read YOUR cut and paste and explain to me how the new laws can evict a tenant for owing 3 WEEKS rent . ”Eviction will be mandatory where a tenant has been in at least two MONTHS ’ rent arrears three times within the previous three years, regardless of the arrears balance at hearing.”

But I said to you why do the Government think there own law they made I's a fallacy if they won't to change it. Can you answer that please

Can you answer that please I can’t make much sense of questions but I will answer ‘ if the government think the first law was good why change it”? Well obviously they didn’t think the first law was good . Are you against home ownership in principle? Its important to know this .
