What does the PUBLIC DOCUMENT that must be placed in the PUBLIC DOMAIN BY LAW say her address was on her election nomination papers ?
Clearly what they don't want the public domain to see. The Nomination papers are public and are posted at every ballot box to advice voters who is standing. Admittedly I am probably more aware of this than many on here, but the council websites generally post up the details too. You just have to know where to look. There is, sadly, a cop out clause allowing candidates to declare an agent's office or the returning officer's office if candidates for westminster wish to keep their private address private, but the full address must be declared on the papers submitted wth the £500 and a court can demand to see them, so this is not something Sir Fence Sitter can prevent from entering into the judicial process should it come to that. What the woman put on documents submitted to the party other than her formal election nomination papers is irrelevant |

If there is nothing to hide they would freely show it, while they carry on this cloak and dagger routine it's just making things worse and worse for Rayner/Starmer/Labour, why would Labour risk the next GE for some BIG GOB liability.
