I was listening to Sir unKleir today saying that he would not be looking at Rayner's legal advice and that he accepted her word for it. Well he would say that, wouldn't he? Especially if he didn't believe a word she said...

Hi ProVentas, you posted: Rayner has only done one, maybe two, things wrong. What exactly has she done? I just see loads of innuendos. I doubt the police would be interviewing someone 'twice' over innuendos. Except when it is Boris breaking lockdown rules on an almost daily basis, eh? That it is just "a glass of wine and a slice of cake".... Double-standards much? All The Best

Starmer in Angela Rayner tax ‘hypocrisy' row after refusing to say she should quit...... Starmer has been accused of "hypocrisy" after refusing to say whether Angela Rayner should be held to the same standards his party expects from opposition MPs. Ms Rayner is under fire for her taxes again today, after Greater Manchester Police said it is now reassessing its decision not to investigate allegations she gave false information on official documents.

Especially if he didn't believe a word she said... yes - it was a very careful answer that distanced him from her. I doubt he will be that upset if she goes though..

It's relatively easy to check, who was on the electoral register at both addresses, who paid the rates, whether her brother was paying rent, whether any rental income was declared. HMRC or the police could readily access this information.....So why are they dragging their feet...It depends whether the investigators are one sided or not like they often are when it comes to Labour's wrong doings..... Instead of gushing on about her birthday, Nick Robinson should have asked Angela Rayner - Did you break electoral law? www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-13250661/STEPHEN-POLLARD-Nick-Robinson-Angela-Rayner-Did-break-electoral-law.html

I am a great supporter of " Innocent until proven guilty " Boris was hounded over Party Gate a Party he allegedly did not know about which he and Sunak walked into, but at the end of the day they both were issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice fined for breaching Covid Regulations, a non recordable offence
Raynor on the other hand is " suspected " of committing Criminal Offences Tax Evasion and False Declaration to the Electoral Registration Office.
The sooner this is fully investigated the better, at the end of the day there maybe no case to answer and totally innocent, or she did what is alleged and is taken to task possibly in a Court of Law to decide if guilty or not guilty.

That was only one of the times he broke Lockdown Regulations. Even if you are naïve to believe his obviously fake excuse what about all the other times? What about illegally proroguing Parliament? If there is any evidence of her committing a criminal offence then of course prosecute her. The problem so far is that there doesn't appear to be any evidence, just hearsay, insinuation and biased suspicion.

The problem so far is that there doesn't appear to be any evidence, just hearsay, insinuation and biased suspicion. What she may or may not have done is not really the problem. It is the hypocrisy of her behaviour when faced with scrutiny. She is well known for shit-stirring, writing countless letters attempting to sniff out the smallest scandal. She even said Boris should resign because he was being "investigated". She also called out Tory MPs and said they publish their full tax records. It is Sturgeon all over again, if you consistently point your finger at others, people will be falling over themselves to point them back. You didn't answer my previous questions, would you like another go? 1) Do you think she got married, they lived apart from her husband for FIVE YEARS? 2) Do you think her neigbours, who have GONE ON THE RECORD and risk libel action, are lying? 3) Do you think it's likely that her brother lived with her husband for FIVE YEARS?
