The whole "Institutional racism" shtick has been massively discredited. It's just a way of saying "Racist" without actually having to prove it. Oh no it has not, what MacPherson stated still stands today, and futher more other investigations and other inquiries have asked the question "Have the Metropolitan Police not learned anything" Any sane person knows racism has been used in order for black people to commit crimes unchallenged, stop and search was turned in to a racist bandwagon, while white people just have to put up with it.
Blacks want a free hand at crime and don't want little things like stop and search hindering their crime sprees, so now police have to watch them commit crimes while they stand there and can do nothing otherwise they are accused of racism, only full blown idiots would not see it for what it was.

One of the things I have noticed is that in the past is that underrepresenting of ethnic groups in the media has been an issue .
Blacks and Asians ( and white lefties )have been whining about this over the past few years l
Now that ethnic groups are obviously over represented in the media , the white people who are concerned are ridiculed over a ‘non issue.’
In come the lefties telling them that they are far-right or bigots .
This as well as many other leftie gaslighting makes me question the victimhood embracing.

Excellent ... its called "positive discrimination" and is a process used where disparities either do exist, or have existed. Its a remedy used in rebalancing inequalities, mostly eminating from the past, where people from ethnic minorities were purposely overlooked for either jobs, or promotion due entirely to discrimination. Some people, mostly idiots, say that it’s not required because discrimination does not exist, or that it has never existed, hard to believe, but there are people with such ridiculous opinions. Nope it’s ‘ negative white discrimination’ targeted at white people . Its doesn’t rebalance inequalities, by definition, it reinforces them . Its quality of outcome instead of quality of opportunity ( a leftie favourite)An attempt at a short term quick fix in exchange for a long term solution . |
