Children can be cruel, how are parents and medical professionals going to stop the reaction of 29 horrified children, who their mate Harry is now Harriet?
If Harry was my school mate, and turned up one day in a dress calling himself Harriet I would take the piss right out of him, and would not go anywhere near him ... sorry but that's what 'kids' do, kids will be kids.

Do we know this was forced on the child? How else would a 4 year old boy start believing he was Harriet? At 4 years old my interests were Lego, toy cars, water pistols, cap guns, toy swords learning to ride a bike, and mud. That's a typical male childhood.
