I would never recommend a sex change to anyone. The very idea sends a shudder down my spine. But I understand that it is a decision for the person involved, his loved ones, and medical professionals. It's a decision for those who have the individual's best interests at heart. That's not you.The best interests at heart wouldn't indulge or even persuade a 4yr old boy to try and turn into a girl.
