The thing is, when anyone writes English badly on a forum, others can attempt to reason what was meant to be posted, then fail to discern what was actually meant. The best thing is that people posting on forums do their best to write correct English, as it is difficult enough with misunderstandings even with those who write correctly. There are spellchecks available in browsers which can help. There is also speak to text which might be helpful. ive always said you are a grammar nazi , but for the record I don't know if you read but lefty is dyslexic. Further your post above , about correct English is a total utter nonsense. I think , and speak the recognised Scots dialect that descends from Middle English , and do you correct American English speakers with their grammar and spellings? Predictive text , can be another issue. 8 % of the people In the uk , mainly in parts of England , speak what you term as proper English. 99 % of English speakers don't live in the uk , or have a uk passport , showing English is no more your language to dictate to others . speaking and thinking in a language one way , but writing in some supposed correct manner can be difficult at the best of time never mind someone who has a disability. What matters is that we understand each other , not how polished our grammar or perfect our spelling is . The guy is dyslexic , so cut him a bit of slack. Yes he is dyslexic but he tells us that he can read so he COULD go back and proofread the post to at least make it readable. Also when I have given up and said I didn’t understand his post hex replies with something like ‘ well you can read my other posts ‘. I can’t be too sympathetic with that . My spell checker on my iPad is terrible. I have to check just about every post . So I do. I don’t object to a poorly spelt post but I need to be able to read it and find some sense .

I find lefties posts hard to read at times , but it's understandable if he is dyslexic. Black is white is someone I have known for a long time , and im having a pop because he is a well known grammar pedant. It's repetitive, it's boring , and frankly he needs to get a fucking life in my opinion. I get the gist of lefties posts most of the time , and that's all that matters. I couldn't give a flying fuck about the kings English , which I try and bastardise as often as I can , but sometimes to no avail on an I Mac. Trying to post in English , when thinking in Scots can be difficult , so I can't begin to imagine how it must be if someone is dyslexic. dyslexic or not , ive yet to hear any labour supporter anywhere who makes sense , so you might be having a bit of a wait.

Indeed. I have been the victim of grammar Nazism ( can I still say Nazi?). Darling told me that he couldn’t take me seriously because I used the phrase ‘ could of ’ instead of the correct ‘ could have ‘. Did I whine? Did I cry? ..well I did cry a bit but I didn’t whine ….but I could have .

You boo hoo. “Don't know if the spell checker apply to a mobie phone verson of this Forum. But I use a moble phone not a home Computer and no spell checker comes up and like Monti said Bentley mocked me for days not just on this thread . Dose a spell checker help someone to String together a Sentence ? Such has Grammer funny how I have plenty of disagreement with other posters on this forum both right and left wingers But none attack me like Bentley. There even some posters on this forum that have known me for over 6yrs on other forums and none of them have ever attacked my disability with the Written word. not even a certain poster I cant stand because of his political views . This is typical of you to stick up for someone who attacks someone with a disability I ask you now do you think someone with dyslexia lacks intelligence. Even after I pointed out someone who recognised has the greatest brain in science had dyslexia he mocked me .there no excuse for the man . And if you think I can spell particular hard words OK. That because of the word prediction system what recognise your spelling if you spell it partly right. Or sometimes I put the word in Google search engine and that comes up with the correct Spelling results.”

Brexit was to regain the ability to do things, what is happening is our politicians doing it, it is not the EU. If we vote them out they will stop doing it however if we vote in someone that wants to carry on doing then that is still control exercised by the British electorate. It was always the case that control will reside in parliament that is accountable only to the British people. There is still a long way to go to ensure that is what occurs but we are getting there. You mean to try and do things like deport Refugees to Rwanda what the High Court found illegal? Not much Control there then Which is why I said a long way to go. It is all part of the process of regaining that control. The international treaties are ties under the guise of doing good and being cooperative. International law became a living thing not effectively decided by the electorates.

Then read your own posts and edit them so they can be understood . A few miss spelt words are fine but a whole post of alphabet spaghetti is not . I was told if I can’t understand your posts to tell you and I have . Your response is ‘ well you can understand the my other posts ‘ it’s pathetic . Not really a pathetic excuse if my writing so bad. But you can read the others.Thinks that says it all really . Charlie, don't fret over it. And don't forget you are not obliged to respond to anyone's post, the choice is yours.
