People say since Brexit we can Control Boarders and allow only them in coming to work or Skilled workers.
Not any tom dick or Harry who come under the EU feedom of Movement?
the year ending June 2021, the most common reason that non-EU migrants gave for having originally moved to the UK was family (46% of non-EU born), followed by work (23%). The high shares of family migrants in the non-EU population in part reflects the fact that people who come on family visas are more likely to settle permanently than people who come on work or student visas – as explained in the Migration Observatory briefing, Settlement in the UK.
By contrast, EU migrants were more likely to have moved for work (48%). Work was a particularly important reason for migration for migrants from new EU member states, with 55% of EU-8 migrants and 58% of EU-2 migrants giving this reason

Control our Boarders my left foot But your post said we were letting in more migrants on non-work visas - that is a decision by the government over what migrants they want. It is the definition of control.

It is the definition of control. I thought Brexit idea of Control was to accept workers or semi skilled workers. Especially Skilled workers? But what you Got is Family Visas who would more likely take up permanent Residents in the UK. Not that I'm worried but pointing out what a lie Brexit was. I expect you won't moan about immigration anymore seeing the Government controls Immigration so Much After Brexit lol.

Brexit was to regain the ability to do things, what is happening is our politicians doing it, it is not the EU. If we vote them out they will stop doing it however if we vote in someone that wants to carry on doing then that is still control exercised by the British electorate. It was always the case that control will reside in parliament that is accountable only to the British people. There is still a long way to go to ensure that is what occurs but we are getting there.

You mean to try and do things like deport Refugees to Rwanda what the High Court found illegal? Not much Control there then
