So does micron think the UK is 'El Dorado' the wanker has had enough UK money to help keep these arsholes away from our shores. French claim migrants see UK as 'El Dorado' and blame small boats on 'benefits system'..

I think the French guy is right - our benefits system is far too generous and is bound to attract people looking for handouts.
Why sleep in a cold tent in a field in France when just 21 miles away you have a warm, cosy 4 star hotel with wifi and free food and drink waiting for you..

Problem is that sometimes the wifi isn't very good, we have seen protests about this, it is also one of the main complaints from those on the Bibby Stockholm. Poor show really.

You just aren't selling the labours parties mass uncontrolled immigration lefty. It was one of Blairs achillies heel during his second stint in power , where by then he had managed to lose 3 million voters even before the Iraq war never mind the crashing of the economy , and it will be one of starmers big problems. I see on twitter an interview even this morning that voters are prioritising stopping boats ahead of even the cost of living crises. If starmer falls into power , and when nothing much changes except business as usual , what then? More immigration , higher taxation , more wars , England having a gender obsessed government foisted on them like Scotland , and much more , it's going to be funny listening to all the excuses from the labour luvvies. Hopefully if we can all survive one parliamentary term of struggling under labour at Westminster , perhaps the disaster of a starmer government could finish them off once and for all. We can only hope .

you have to laugh why no one points the finger at Macron, these migrants are strolling past French border control, getting their dinghies sorted and off they pop to the UK, while we pay Macrons border force to stop them ... crazy utterly crazy.

We can only hope . It'll probably finish off Labour once and for all and the electorate will be ready for a proper, centre right government.

The French have double barbed wire security fences at Calais , with armed officers patrolling , they have dispersed the jungle camps many a time , offering to assimilate migrants , and much more. They are doing plenty. You can't keep blaming the French and others for a problem of the uk governments own making. See Pacificos post above. The people smugglers are saying the uk is the land of milk and honey , where everything is given free , and we wonder why they keep coming? The perception of soft touch Britain is drawing migrants and people smugglers from all over.

Time to batten down the hatches and prepare to survive an incoming disastrous starmer government im thinking squeezed middle. I just can't think why anyone would imagine we are living in a democracy when a party that commands just over a fifth of the electorate's support is about to allegedly sweep to power on a landslide majority when four fifths of us can't stand them , and have no intention of voting for them. We wonder why we are in a cycle of decline with mass despair and feelings of helplessness ? Starmer must be rubbing his hands with glee at the amount of apathy among the electorate.

It's the fact that we are giving Macron £70 million for 'nothing', barbed wire doesn't cost £70 million, and when they are dispersing the campers the camara's are there to film it, but as soon as the camaras are gone they are back setting up tents again, so that's all for show.
It's turned in to a utter farce, and thanks to Sunak and the woke do-gooder the UK is looking weak, vulnerable, apart from a laughingstock.

Cost of tents and putting illegal immigrants on Scottish islands would be far cheaper.
AND, with a "you're only going to get a tent and basic survival" situation, rather than a hotel and luxury, fewer people would risk their lives in boats to come here.
"Do goodery" is killing them.
It's time to be cruel to be kind.

And only set to get worse under immigration loving Labour. After Sunak I didn't think it was possible to get worse. I also cannot think of a single reason why anyone from a working class background would support Labour. Still, at the end of the day Labour is only the media establishment's vote, and that has been known to cause a revolt in the past.
