The Government are to start a New law where they can investigate all bank accounts of them claiming state pension. While I think there should be prevention against them Flauding the DWP. I don't think the Government should have access to Bank account of everyone Claiming state pension. They should just have access to them they have reason they think are faulding the DWP. The pension isn't means tested so what are they after? It is for the poorest pensioners via pension credits , topping up anyone not entitled to a full state pension to a few pounds below what those who have paid in all their lives get . It's fair enough that these people are checked out via their financial records |

Its a over payment not Faud . And that doesn't explan why they should have Access to Bank records seeing the DWP now how much they pay out to a person on State pension. They must obviously believe there wide spread faud amongst the state pension Claimants. Or they won't make a law to have access to there bank account. |

You do know them claiming Dissabillty Arrowance have to have a regular medical check don't you . Even some have wrongly been took of the benefits and died because of there illness. |
