In the names of fairness and balance ? "fairness through racial discrimination"If only the Ku Klux Klan were looking for a tagline No, you look like you are being deliberately obtuse. The believed normal practice is that given two people one coloured the other white, of equal abilities. Then the white person would be given the position. A limited period of giving the equally qualified coloured person the position was hoped to create a fairer percentage balance. If the KKK are looking for support I think that you might fit the bill.

Its a racist position constructed by self hating racists and supported by self hating racists .

If the KKK are looking for support I think that you might fit the bill. I don't know why you would jump to that conclusion. Unlike yourself, I have never (for instance) supported racially discriminatory law

I don't know why you would jump to that conclusion. Unlike yourself, I have never (for instance) supported racially discriminatory law But it does seem that you oppose any law or other initiative aimed at reducing racial discrimination or the effects of it But we do not know that racial discrimination is the cause of the imbalance, we know it is a factor but to what level is unknown. There is also the fact that bringing about 'equality of representation' will always be a case of chasing one's tail as the proportions of ethnic groups are changing whereby minorities are increasing in numbers and proportionality. So a temporary measure has been going now since 1976 which is effectively two generations and the balance is still out of kilter. Perhaps we should look to other factors as being part of the problem and the multicultural, multiracial society far from solving those problems is exacerbating them through an inability of a significant few, of all groups, to accept others.

So next time I will reverse that. Why would you do that? Because its important that all the members of my society feel they are a stakeholder. What do we do about the racists who feel hard done by? Tell them we don't need them in our society.

It’s not about you . You don’t discriminate against one ethnic group to make up for discrimination against others in the past . If you have any moral integrity, anyway. If one ethnic group is discriminating against another ethnic group then the problem should be solved at source , not repeated.

If the Met are 99% white and the London population is 80% white. You need to address that. I know there's rarely a way to be absolutely fair, all you can do is get fairer.

What would be absolutely fair would to have not filled your ranks misogynistic racist officers in the first place. Being fair is just as much about writing wrongs as it is about being fair now. Or perhaps you think that if I steal from you its OK so long as I don't steal in the future?

But it does seem that you oppose any law or other initiative aimed at reducing racial discrimination or the effects of it Simply not true. In this conversation I am outlining how I am against racially discriminatory law.

There are lots of things that can be considered’ absolutely fair’ …none of them is racial discrimination against white people . Perhaps you think that if you steal from me then I can steal from your children? See I can do that too.

But it does seem that you oppose any law or other initiative aimed at reducing racial discrimination or the effects of it Simply not true. In this conversation I am outlining how I am against racially discriminatory law. Did you forget posting ' Which makes me now wonder why we have substantial laws against racial discrimination for employers.' (Nov 23, 2022 at 12:40pm) And then there's your Nov 26, 2022 at 4:05pm missive in effect saying you don't want racial discrimination by employers to be a crime. And of course you posts supporting using perverted version of words to demonise anyone that's ever been considered Woke for their efforts to combat racial intolerance And then your Nov 26, 2022 at 5:17pm defence of racial discrimination in employment using the 'excuse' of family conenctions Not forgetting your attack earlier today falsely asserting that the intent of anti discrimination law is to discriminate against whites. So you can say that it's untrue to suggest it seems you oppose laws or initiatives aimed at reducing racial discrimination or the effects of it but the track record of this thread and others is that you very much do.
