Not quite true, as Indian is equal. It does beg the question though that if the unemployment/race laws are designed to bring about proportional equality, and that has been the stated intent for the last few decades, why are they failing so obviously to do so only amongst certain groups. |

What is indisputably true however is that the employment/race laws are designed specifically to work for the ethnic minorities and therefore by default against the white majority which was my argument irrespective of what has transpired, the reasons for which are many and varied no doubt. |

As I understand the situation, the aim was, for a limited period that if there were applicants for a position then where there were people of different colour but similar abilities, the non-white person should be given the job, in part because previously the job would have automatically gone to the white person. |

The aim of the law is to disallow racial discrimination as a generality, while also allowing it to be performed against one group. |
