There is no section for religion or spirituality so ill put this here.
Christmas is a religious festival, its the birth of gods son into this hole, im sure that will be an eye opener for most.
And the shepherd tended his flock, and found that one was missing, so he left the flock to find the one, and on finding, he rejoiced, carrying in triumph the sheep on his shoulders. Arien, as before, the battle never ends for minds.

Actually it might be better to point out that as things are going the sheep need fear neither the wolf nor shepherd but those really nice people who glue themselves to roads and they and their supporters have alread started on the cows are the sheep next,can’t have all that farting can we? |

A bit of extra latitude has to be given at this time of year when Posters have been on the sherry.
Re the direction of the sheep's ultimate demise, in contrast to what it expected ..... so similar to the sanctions, the higher energy prices, and the ongoing and eventual collapse of the Western economies while we're all encouraged to fearfully look East for the cause ....... when we should be looking West.

As this is the mind zone and it’s Xmas , I’ll explain that my point was this.
The metaphor of God bring the Shepherd of man is a bit dodgy .
Shepherds protect the sheep but use them as a commodity or resource in reality ….without the sheep knowing …

But ..... what if you dutifully trek South, cursing Hamas as you go, yet occasionally also whistling happily to yourself that Uncle Bentley has wrapped you in the security blanket of the safe zone, and that you'll be free from the over-arching control of Hamas, tyrants that you are unable to vote out from controlling your life because they never even let you have elections anymore. 'Oh my God how could it all go so wrong ..... we went to the safe zone as instructed ...... yet Uncle Bentley has blown my house up .... blown the whole street up actually ..... killed my husband and all the kids for good measure ...... was Uncle Bentley fibbing about protecting and liberating me from Hamas ? ..... or was he scheming all along, with the real intention of claiming the land my house was on, and handing it over to Jewish settlers to set up home instead ....if only I'd read more Charlie Higson between air-raids, but best not give up hope completely, now that United Nations Security Council ... and the good shepherd António Guterres ..... now surely I can put my faith in him  '? |
