Once again, if such a project did exist, now you're personal tracking device (your phone and your pc) knows that you know, you'd be tracked and executed to shut you up, just as Anna Politkovskaya was executed to shut her up, Alexander Litvinenko was executed to shut him up, Boris Nemtsov was executed to shut him up and get him off the ballot paper. But you're alive and your posts are rather daft. Nobody is going to get chipped. You carry a phone around with you everywhere and it listens to you all the time. Everything you do and say, all the time, and transmits if you mention keywords. Heard of ECHELON etc? No need for chips. This theory just distracts from reality. You are spied on 100% of the time and paid for your own surveillance. How do you know Dub's hasn't already been bumped off and replaced with a bot programmed to post like him? I don't think you are considering the fact that a chip would require a power source.
Take the chip in a chip and pin bank card. In very close near field contact, an electromagnetic field can power it and it will then broadcast its binary code.
But that's all.
They cannot track your card unless you buy something with it.
Vet chips work the same way.
There's no logic to injectable chips for people.
No money in it either.
