When lefties tell you that you don’t have to agree that Dave the builder in a frock is a woman and entitled to strip naked in front of your granddaughter in the local sports centre they leave out one important word ………yet.
Same for any other open criticism of their brand of ‘ woke’.

And while you may choose not to believe me, i do actually speak from experience albeit from some decades ago. However i do not think the rules in play in the 90’s, which quite severely restricted the stuff the germans did in the 70’s are much changed from then. You really need to check out the rules for British Naturism events before you gob off. |

It does no such thing. The scope of law can not change in such a court, and the magistrates are not legally trained anyway.
I'm talking from experience by the way. Buried deep in tax law is the BvL case law. I hope they do what I did.

Let's put the transgender community aside for a moment. Can you point to a thread where you have shown support for the protection of women against heterosexual men? Do you support the idea of a male curfew advanced by some women's groups? Maybe that would impractical, so do you support the idea of, say, the law's being relaxed so that females might be allowed to carry defensive weapons such as stun guns? How about streets that are designated for women only? Maybe, you think that's offensive. You're not a rapist, so, quite reasonably, you might resent the idea that you should be subject to a curfew, etc. Perhaps, transgender women feel the same way. Either way, your fixation with a supposed threat from only one social group is very peculiar. It looks very like prejudice, in fact. |
