If only we could let people have voluntary Euthanasia, read the other day Diana Rigg asked for it. Her daughter said it was humiliating for people as they lost limbs having to be hoisted in the air to use the toilet. I know this also happened to one of my uncles too. If we did we would not need so many armies of carers and safeguards could be put in place. This implies a massive uptake of ‘ voluntary’ euthanasia. Next step is to make the care system so poor that many would rather die than use the system . I've seen 3 older relatives die slowly and all at one point saying you would not let a dog suffer like this. |

Im just a bit alarmed of you linking mass ‘ voluntary’ euthanasia with reducing the numbers of carers . |

Rwanda has only agreed to take 500 refugees. At £290 million that's over half a million each. It will probably cost more than that. If we did the same as Australia and rammed a few boats it would soon come to an end. But what would you do about the other 97% of immigrants? The small boat refugees are an irrelevant number that the government and its right wing media supporters bang on about to distract from the vast majority of immigrants they let into the country freely. Even if no one stopped the illegal deportations to Rwanda you are still going to hear people talking foreign in Lidl. 500 is a drop in the ocean. A week's worth in mid-summer. You've been conned if you think it would make any difference. It's just red meat for the mob. At an estimated half a billion pounds by the time it's finished it's bloody expensive red meat too. Eat your heart out Kobe beef. |

Well if a lot take the Dignitas option in their 80's rather than go into care it will reduce the number of carers and also medicines, the later is probably one major factor used by lobbyists for Big Pharma as the oldies take most medicines funded by the tax payer. |

That was the saddest part for me. I remember thinking that I would not want to be remembered as this dribbling incontinent bed bound lump. |

They would not allow the land to be destroyed with the process that is forced upon this island. |
