But in law the HRA has precedence over the deportation rules. And in the current case it is bleeding obvious that the Home Office either did not consider or (more likely) tried to bury the evidence that using Rwanda as an off shoring destination is high risk to the deported. Why do you wish to blame lawyers for pointing that out? It's their duty to point it out. I know I have stated that quite clearly, IMO some of these lawyers are politically motived and unlike you I do not entertain conspiracy theories I want violent offenders from overseas deported not allowed to stay here, Patel when she was Home Sec was attempting to discourage people unlawfully entering the UK day after day week in week. IMO as many people do for the simple fact our infrastructure is close to collapse with the sheer weight of numbers of alleged asylum seekers and economic migrants, that is why short of affordable housing, GPs are overburdened, etc etc and they are costing us £4 million pounds a day

It's not a lawyer's duty to take on cases that have the objective of thwarting the immigration regulations, it's a function of the 'cab rank' practice that barristers and KCs operate. They're just doing what they've been trained to do i.e. present the best possible case for their clients whether they believe in it or not.
The real drivers here are the firms of solicitors which handle immigration and asylum cases, and which 'instruct' barristers.
Some of these firms actively solicit this kind of work and others are engaged by one or another of the myriad campaign groups, 'charities', foundations and trusts, and even trade unions who make it their business to look out for 'migrant rights'.

Exactly, I am all for Human Rights including my own that is why I want my Countries borders policed properly, I also want convicted violent criminals from overseas deported ASAP and not living next door to me and mine

I have made no claim that you have posted any Conspiracy Theory what makes you think I have or would or could because I don't know nor do I want to know, but there are hundreds of conspiracy theories on the internet, dark web whatever they call it about hundreds of subjects from rather strange people about virtually everything, as I stated I don't entertain them

You have two hopes of that one is Bob Hope and he's dead, Ha ha. old joke and you couldn't even quote it properly. But your pathetic failure to answer a fair question about your false personal insult doesn't disguise that you went trolling and got found out.
