You seem to be finding amusing Dan the shocking way we treat people who will be legally resident in this country and may well become i due course citizens of this country. As with so many things of this appallingly inept government, ikt is utterly inept. the only thing that is shocking is the fact these invading scum will indeed end up being given the right to stay here.

There's no democratic way to oppose it. You cannot vote it out because the people are simply lied to and the process continues. You cannot protest because both Labour and the Tories will send out their violent rent-a-mobs which the controlled media will use to as propaganda against the people.

Anyone undocumented should be failed and kicked out, no ifs, no buts ...... OUT. Would that apply to this example..? Z*** was a student, mechanic and lay pastor who survived the genocide in Rwanda. His father, brother and sister didn't. He fled - in just the clothes he was wearing - to Uganda, from which he was moved to a UN refugee camp in DRC, where he spent 3 years, and applied for resettlement schemes in either France or Belgium (French was his second language). Eventually the UNHCR arranged asylum in Britain (amusingly - through some office snafu - he spent his first few weeks believing he was living in Burton, rather than Derby..). He's now a UK citizen. Married to a Derbyshire gal, with a family, and busy (beyond his day job). Everything from working as a volunteer translator for the police and NHS, to helping run a church food bank, organising food deliveries to vulnerable people during Covid, being a school governor and volunteer classroom assistant, and speaking regularly at the National Holocaust Centre in Newark - Z*** puts most of us to shame. A few years ago he was honoured by the Queen (BEM) - and more recently, he was even a guest at the Coronation which, whatever I may think of such things, has to serve as a pretty goldplated signal that such a person is seen as an asset to the nation. "No ifs, no buts.." Really? In this day and age you can go to your local cemetery, go to any grave, take down the names dates of birth, then BINGO you can become that person.
The DWP is full of dead people on benefits.

Gosh - that never occurred to me.
Your theory is worthy of, oh, SECONDS of serious consideration.
The Government should set up an investigation team forthwith.

I somehow doubt that the "problem" of Asylum Seekers fetching up with a Day of the Jackal passport is worth losing sleep over.

What is Mr Z's 'day job'? His other activities don't appear to confer much benefit on those of us who aren't of migration background. I'm hoping you'll be telling us he's a qualified brain surgeon, can't ever have too many of those around.
And another thing what's he still doing knocking around Derbyshire? With a skill set like his wouldn't he be of much more use back home? Rwanda's said to be a beautiful and welcoming place, the 'Derbyshire Gal' would love it there, much more comfortable climate, must be like living in Lanzarote. Have you ever asked him?

Good to hear he's not one of the several Rwandans still resident in the UK who are suspected of war crimes (genocide) and whose successful defence against extradition up to 2017 involved the services of no less than 27 barristers (including a certain Kier R Starmer) and cost the taxpayer over £ 1,7 million in legal aid.

Not really. They know the French won't fall for that schtick.
