There seems to be a lot of leftovers from patients... Three severe cases of water retention there . There you go, at it again, you have no idea why those people are as they are and you are making the assumption that they are 'fat' buy choice.

Red I seen on a programme that the private sector receive on Average 6% pay raise that includes the rail workers And royal mail who are both proposing to go on strike.
While them in the public sector get 3% what shows the private sector get double to the public sector.

While them in the public sector get 3% what shows the private sector get double to the public sector. So, the answer is 'lower' the standard rise? Inflation up, mortgages up, food shopping up, energy prices up, food bank use up, bankers bonuses up, wealthy getting wealthier up, poverty up, homelessness up..... The idea cannot be to level down.

Women are more susceptible to weight gain than men and not all because they 'overeat' which seems to be what people on this forum think.. linkA lot of women go through their lives on a perpetual diet.

Could it be the new drug treatments for dementia, or the new genetic drugs for breast cancer, perhaps the new MRI technology. No? I expect its all being spent of diversity managers. That would be it. If you are going to pee money away on diversity managers, net zero managers, painting level crossings silly colours and campaigning to stop people eating crisps, then of course you are going to have shortages in direct patient care. The trouble with the NHS is that it sees funding as a bottomless pit - and acts as such. I asked you for a percentage. I note you haven't provided that, but its less than 0.1% and it would not make any difference to the funding shortages. If as above you are talking about ordinary managers and admin staff in general, you have to be careful as many of these were employed to take the paperwork away from frontline staff. Whether this has worked or just created new paperwork is debateable. But do not assume all the new posts are Woke.

Wow! You think that me laughing at you for claiming everyone should have a large wage rise means I think people should be poor and or decent wages are impossible . I can’t decide what is worse . The idiotic assumption that giving everyone a large rise is sustainable, the virtue signalling or the constant jumping of conclusions that come with it . You don't seem to understand that hard working people are living in poverty while the gap between rich and poor is widening or more to the point you probably don't care. Of course giving everyone a decent pay rise is possible. Another idiotic assumption from you . You don’t seem to realise that a large pay rise given to everyone would lead to higher taxes and/ or huge government borrowing, higher prices and higher lending rates . Pointing out your ignorance doesn’t equate to me being ignorant .

Your link at the bottom states that the 3% will come from the treasury .and the rest will come from the excising budget. Don't understand how the Budget going to meet that cost because all the budget goes on diversity training lol. And your link also claims that the 4to5% increase isnt unversal across all nurse's its states that some nurses pay rise is below 3% at 2.5% So that states your statement of nurse's receive more than 3% is a lie.. And when you forcast inflation its a lot less then 3% so technically im right. Well done, you have just done what the opposition and unions do... trump a figure that is the exception, not the norm. So, if you are going to use a Nurse Practioner on £50k as your example, then to be transparent surely you should base your argument as follows: Nurses on £50k are only getting 3%... see how that goes down with the public lol. Can you see why I say it is a dishonest argument? It is like the bollocks coming from the Tories that the RMT strike is about train drivers on £60k wanting more money, when the truth is the RMT only represents a minority of train drivers, it mostly represents lower paid maintenance and station staff.

Pointing out your ignorance doesn’t equate to me being ignorant . Why is it idiotic to point out that if the wealthiest paid the correct taxes, non-dom status was scrapped, the Tories stopped giving money to their mates, Tory doners were made to pay back the billions the government has given them, parliament did not have subsidised meals and wine, stopped giving giveaways to big business, stopped funding private businesses, dealt with offshore criminality, cash for peerages stopped, got out of the pockets of the Russians....? There would be plenty of money for a decent wage rise for the workers.
