The NHS is tax payer funded, they are public servants paid for by us the tax payers, any pay rise should be approved by the people who fund them me, you, and all tax payers, they just can't help themselves to public money, it's not FREE, we all work hard to keep them in jobs.
Private employees can't afford to pay their staff inflation busting pay rises because they have to find the money to fund it, hence the reason they go BUST or out of business or have to reduce their staff, it's unfair the both civil servants and public servants who's incomes are tax payer funded think they can help themselves to OUR money because it's FREE.
It's not fuckin FREE people are working hard to to pay the wages of civil servants and public servants, not to mention the management who have lucrative Gold-plated pension pots.
Oh boy. The NHS is funded mainly by NIC contributions and by the Local Authority. This bunch of wankers in Westminster who you are a apologist for have sprung up a debt of some £300 billion alone on PFI funding for hospitals. That is more than the gold reserves held by the BofE, That was in 2016. It has gone up since then. You know the 40 new hospitals Bojoke was building. Bojoke forgot to tell you a new door to him meant a new hospital. The fanny swallowed again by you. It debt has SFA to do with wage agreement. It is 100% down to wankers who do not have a clue what they are doing Could you tell me who supplies your information. So who is to blame for that.
