I'm sure they are happy to just keep receiving your licence fee money. Goes without saying. That reminds me, I got my BBC TV licence reminder at the end of Oct. Should be getting a red reminder through the post any day soon. Worth every penny for The Archers alone. I'm sure you were as happy as I was that Brian enjoyed his birthday party in the end...

I think that you and Darling need that room again.
(And I'm sure it's bad form to mention the rash).
We got a room but you kept banging on the wall and telling us to stop giggling. It's very off putting. Nope, didn't notice.
But you still keep trolling nonetheless.
Now do us all a favour and just fuck off, there's a chap/ess.

Someone's not in a very playful mood today. Did you fall off your scooter again?

And still the Irish Police haven't said who did this attack. They would have, had he been Irish.
All they're doing is playing into the hands of the rioters rather than just treating this thug like any other criminal.

Make a reasoned case for their prioritising your curiosity over public safety.

Make a reasoned case for their prioritising your curiosity over public safety. I've listened to a few Irish journalists reporting from Dublin over the past few days who claim withholding the identity of the assailant is fuelling rumours and speculation, and increasing racial tension on the streets. Why do you think the police are withholding the assailants identity?

Its a little hard to understand why you need to know more than you do. We know that this guy is of Middle Eastern origin but has been living in Ireland for 20 years or so and is now an Irish citizen. What use is it to know that his name is "Fred Bloggs"?
Not knowing Irish law or procedure, it is a little odd why the individual has yet to be charged over this incident or (if Irish law is similar to UK law) how they can hold him for this long without charging him. It may be that his injuries he got in the incident mean they haven't been able to talk to him yet and may not even have formally arrested him yet. It may be they have things they want to do before making his name (and therefore address) public but haven't been able to yet for health or other reasons.
I know you are desperate to put this in the "islamic terrorism" box and make as much political capital as possible out of that. Notwithstanding their initial view that it isn't terrorism related, who knows it may yet become that. The prime interest now frankly is to find out what happened and potentially whether anyone else was involved rather than prioritising your interest and ;political desires

Make a reasoned case for their prioritising your curiosity over public safety. Of course, in the case of a white police officer and a black prisoner, the case for full and immediate ethnic disclosure becomes overwhelming and inarguable. No need to even make a case - it just is absolutely necessary. Both can be argued for on democratic / transparency grounds.

Public safety and race riots weren't paramount when a white police officer was identified across the globe. It even had ramifications here for crying out loud. Pull the other one.

You could usefully take some lessons from a pro.
