Can i draw your attention to the next election, the Reds will win, its highly liikely. That means MORE of what we get today, there is no choice anymore, its a dictatoship, disguised. It will get worse, you are being abused politically in countless ways.
Hands up those that have had enough.

I had had enough a long time ago ,trouble is not enough people thought the same . The campaign to leave the EU eventually brought those pissed off with government together for a couple of years but on winning the vote everyone just thought well that wasn't much of a fight and went home still angry .
It will take a long time and a new cause to get back to where the populists were in 2015/16 and Im afraid we may have to suffer some pain before we get there

Four words for you: Will of the people You have to consider though that if 'the will of the people' holds sway then you have to see the 'will of the people' enacted by governments. So far the 'will of the people' seems to be largely ignored by whomsoever attains power. More of the same will undoubtedly result in problems. Remember the 'will of the people' is not just about the winner taking power it is about the winner taking cognizance of the strength of other outlooks as well. For some reason this is generally ignored. I do recall many Remainers calling for some form of leaving the EU compromise because of the closeness of the vote and they seem to have got their way.

Democracy is bunk. If a child, this is an analogy for the electorate, was in the process of harming themselves, would you stop it? Of course, even if the child objected, and it would.
This is where we are at the moment, in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king. Are the government elite blind?, red or blue yes. You mr hornet are happy allowing a child of yours to burn itself or worse.
This does open up the question of whether the human race is capable of learning from its mistakes, that the child wont burn itself again next time. The answer is no, certainly in the socialists case, that they still churn out the same mind blowing nonsense over and over.
The case is less clear in the Blue corner, whatever, it is clear to me that humans still need a parent. FOR GODS SAKE. Look at the Ukraine, the middle east, countless wars in Africa, children dying of disease and malnutrition. The British need food banks, we are crapping in our own nest with uncontrolled immigration, the mills churn out poison in Russia and China.
Britian is at war with itself, as is America, Russia is at war with everyone. China is malignant, since its emergence it knows nothing. Theresa May betrayed this cointry openly, Corbyn became the second most powerful man in the land.
The BBC runs britain. All for the will of the people.
The will of the people is b o llocks. It lacks wisdom, intelligence, insight, intelligenge of the meanest kind, and my proof of the pudding, look above. The danger is that if we concentrate power in one good man, that will be usurped and someone like Corbyn will take over, and introduce death camps etc. Oh, they exist in North Korea and Russia, China.
Is human kind on its own death march?, i think so, the Universe will be better without this nonsense.
Good afternoon.

It will get worse, you are being abused politically in countless ways... Indeed. I was listening to a program on GB News this afternoon where they had commentators from both left and right who all agreed that both major parties are now essentially the same. I've thought, and said, the same for years. So I'm abivalent at the prospect of a Labour govt: The Tories don't deserve another term and Labour won't be any different. I shall probably vote Reform, then at least my conscience will be clear in the ensuing disaster.

The basic difference between the two parties is, the main aim of the Tory system is to ensure that financial success enriches the rich, to the exclusion of the rest. The main aim of moderate Labour (that excludes Lefties like Corbyn) is to use the same systems to favour the 'many not the few'. Thereby eliminating any need for a revolution.

Naive twaddle.. Call it what you like the evidence is there, even Theresa May called for changes to the fact the CEOs and those at the top should have a reward system that stopped them from pocketing all excess profits. She suggested a link between the top earners and the lower earners where the lower earners pay would rise and fall along with the top earners. New Labour did call for 'using the system for the benefit of the many not the few'.

I think that is a misrepresentation. The Tory philosophy believes that allowing enrichment at the top works to everyone's benefit. Labour over the last 50 years seem to have spent most of their time classing 'the many' as those in the rest of the world, most especially those that can get here by hook or by crook, and the few as mainly their own core vote here at home upon whom they have defecated from a great height.

I know people especially Tory voters are pissed off with this government, but that doesn't mean they prefer Labour. I'm a Tory voter and I have lots of complaints about this government, does that mean I want a Labour government instead? Not a chance in a million. Starmer will forever be known as the man who faught tooth and nail to overturn the biggest democratic vote in UK history.

Violent revolutions can go all sorts of ways with unintended consequences. A non violent revolution through the ballot box is really difficult to achieve under FPTP system.
PR has its drawbacks, as can be seen currently in Spain, where the left sold their souls to the Catalan separatists to gain power, even though the people voted for change from the left.
Having said that, I am a staunch supporter of PR by party list. None of this AV nonsense.

New Labour did call for 'using the system for the benefit of the many not the few'. Except they certainly did benefit the few at great cost to the many. Not true. The first hurdles they had to sort out were the big black economic holes left by the Tories in both the NHS and in state Education, which NL sorted for the benefit of the many, not the few.
