Thanks to the loony left....
And still the boats come... Moment dinghy filled with migrants almost disappears beneath the waves before being escorted into British waters by French boats - as Tories warn Rishi he 'can't afford to fail' in his bid to send asylum seekers to Rwanda
Pity it didn't disappear beneath the waves. The only thing that will persuade the EU and Macron to stop illegals crossing the channel is international pressure due to illegals drowning. No one is willing to say it out loud, but it's a fact. You want to see more drownings?

You want to see more drownings? If they're more pro-Hamas supporters, yes please! There are often children on those boats. And how are you going to determine whether they're Hamas supporters? Interrogate their bloated bodies?

Do you think it would be a good idea if we forced the French government to keep asylum seekers that want to come here? They aren't asylum seekers you fool, they are using FOM which is a totally different thing, they cant use FOM in the UK so it's then they rebrand themselves as 'Asylum Seekers', they aren't Asylum seekers in France ........ you clown.
freedom of movement The right to freedom of movement includes the right to move freely within a country for those who are lawfully within the country, the right to leave any country and the right to enter a country of which you are a citizen.
.... except the UK
FOM has stopped.

FOM has stopped. It has ended in the UK
"As EU citizens, all nationals of the Member States of the European Union have the right to move freely within the European Union and to enter and reside in any EU Member State. This right to freedom of movement is guaranteed by Article 21 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU (TFEU)".
Hence the reason they can't use FOM in the UK, so they conveniently rebrand themselves as 'Asylum Seekers' a loophole that should have been well tightened up.

And I'm pointing out that FoM never applied to them in the first place. If you mean Albanians and Afghans they will have past through at least two 'safe countries' to get to France, the fact we should be able to tow dinghies back to France which is a 'safe country' is something we keep asking, and getting no response.

Are you confusing FoM with Schengen?

If they are coming from outside of the EU the UK is 'NOT' their first port of call to claim Asylum/Refugee status.

But as previously pointed out, they weren't EU citizens, so FOM never applied to them. The withdrawal of UK from FOM made no difference to those claiming asylum.

But as previously pointed out, they weren't EU citizens, so FOM never applied to them. The withdrawal of UK from FOM made no difference to those claiming asylum. And as I pointed out they have had to pass through at least 'TWO' safe EU borders before they reach France, so technically they are NOT fleeing persecution or threat to life, because they are leaving 'France' to get to the UK, not Ukraine, not Albania, not Afghanistan, not Syria, not Iraq, not Iran .......... but safe FRANCE.

So what does that have to do with FoM or the UK's withdrawal from it?

So what does that have to do with FoM or the UK's withdrawal from it? If you were following what I said, those 'within' the EU those who want to get to the UK are just hopping into a dinghy chucking their IDs away and pretending to be from Ukraine, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, but whether they are within the EU or Not, they are ALL leaving safe France in dinghies, hence they are bogus asylum seekers .... ALL of them.
