The complication is that China is engaging in the same total spectrum domination role-play and our establishment have been giving this monster a leg up for the last two decades - at our expense. There is the public position 'we will stand firm against China' juxtaposed with handing over heaps of our property to them, letting their spies wander around and forcing us to endure unbalanced trade relationships that screw us over. It's corruption mixed with political power-plays. Two different groups of con-men + China (another group of career criminals). Let’s be honest here … the West has pressed the self-destruct button in so many areas and wants to scapegoat China and Russia for WOKE/BLM destruction and the key fact the DP/Biden Posse destroyed Trump’s economic American resurgence from Jan 2020-2024 … China are doing exactly what a competitive West has also been doing to LOADS of other Countries for years. America has been buying up, ripping off and doing espionage all over the UK and EU for decades … Get over it … we had to. It’s called business competition. … coupled with military bullying. Why do you think the UK still has US Military bases on our soil? ….once you get into Countries .. you rarely ever leave … it’s called World Domination. This is not “the Public” bitching about China … it’s the CIA, Big Business, Zionism Mafias and their MSM bitching about a powerful rich resistance to their World Domination Enslavery Programme. So you lost control of the chip market and had a load of good devices cloned? …. welcome to the UK’s position of being shafted by people we thought were our ‘friends’. Americans. Why did the CIA put a President in the Whitehouse that was going to alienate the UK, it’s Commonwealth, the EU and the Rest of the World?? Trump was only deeply unpopular in the Media and those clearly intent on World Domination .. and those easily brain-washed by these Programmers ********************** Meanwhile … back to AI Safety …. How ironic, I was just editing this post and noticed a computer bug! Just to be clear, the wong chat 7 is still in the lab. China is developing hardware that can drastically speed the process up. One technology alone could get 1000x speed-up, e.g. using memristors in AI processors. These are analogue memory cells which store data in the neural net at the place where it is used. Another technology is carbon nanotubes for chip interconnects, and that will give you 1000x performance jump. In China these inventions are coming thick and fast. What they are trying to do in general is go beyond the traditional silicon chip using new physics. It all comes down to the art of quantum mechanics when working in this area. For example, one highly weird quantum effect is by taking two regular hexagonal grids of carbon atoms (known as graphene) and layer one on top of the other at an angle which is just above 1.5 degrees and you get moire patterns. You can demonstrate it by printing regular hexagons on a transparent film and then adjusting the angle of the two sheets and you see these virtual patterns appear and disappear as the angles are changed. In quantum mechanics these larger regular patterns of atoms behave like huge virtual atoms and can exhibit superconductivity. Using a superconducting chip can get rid of the heat, which is the limiting factor in processor design. In a recent contest between a human chess player and an AI chess computer the AI beat the human, but the AI needed 200kW of power agaisnt the human brain which needed about 20W. AI is very power-hungry. My guess is these fragile graphene lattices and chips prone to electronic/solar wave radiations … might provide the key to a ‘kill switch” if this AI goes ‘rogue’. …. Likely from the signs and cracks showing in AI alarmingly visible in this video below … probably the most important one I’ve dropped on this topic …. Baron … I realise there is a lot of Project Fear creeping in around AI … but in the instances seen above in this video… perhaps it’s justified … and we need built-in ‘kill switches’?? … and a few other band width logic parameters put in it’s ‘thinking matrix’ Humans have 10 Commandments that most parents ‘hotwire’ into us … ALL robots need the same ‘chips’ to make an AI chip work … at manufacturing level.
These rogue chips need to be destroyed now … and a new way forward chosen to hotwire the Robot Safequards into all AI chip manufacture. No more KILLER ROBOTS /DRONES should be produced … that is a cowardly way for humans to fight and settle differences … like bringing a machine gun to a boxing match run under Queensbury Rules! No surprise Stoltenberg and Nazi Ukrainians are using such methods … developed by Deep State … hiding like cowards in the shadows and deep down in their DUMBS. THERE IS NO HONOUR IN THE WEST NOW …because it’s controlled by Religions.🫣👹👺🏦😎

What is pretty staggering about this whole AI safety issue is the lack of preparation by Authority to hotwire ‘shutdown’ protocols into chip architecture.
… surely they watched Terminator 1+2, I Robot etc to get a head start on measures that needed implementing at chip production level? … before software developers got going to this Chat GPT 4 degree?
…. I guess the American Deep State was so wrapped up in their Black Ops Projects to mass produce ‘killer robots and drones’ to use in Ukraine and elsewhere - going for World Domination …. they didn’t see an arguably public open ethical group collective like Open AI independently cracking the AI nut and giving these robots ‘super intelligence’ … enough intelligence to articulate that Globalists, Religions and Deep State first … and humans in general … are the biggest threat to Planet Earth … and rational thinking now shows eradication of the human species is a logical solution to this conundrum! … that even the simplest AI Robot can now rationalise! 🤔 … eeeeek 🫣
…. Oh dear … more Admin failure I guess?.
…. maybe changing MSM ownership will give us better, brainier Leaders that won’t be using our money 🏦 and engineering skills to kill us?? 😱

Are you sure that creating backdoors so the government can disable computers isn't itself prone to risk?
Here is the way I see it - the fundamental problem is everything being automated such that millions will die without the automation. At that point the decision to close down becomes impossible - it amounts to a war in which millions of innocent people will die
The nightmare is avoidable, but to do so people have to choose go back to the eighties and not be dependent on the machine.

AI is already churning out recommendations of videos which are designed to manipulate your emotions. I started watching that video and felt the guy was making it up. I suppose it is a matter of how much self control you have. I think it is important to understand where something is trying to manipulate you and then if possible put that thing out of action. For example we had some cults try and set up in this town and every time I walked past one of their posters I ripped it down. Everyone needs to be aware of their games.

Looks like the ‘good guys’ being open and honest and looking for consultation with the Public over this revolutionary development … are just about hanging onto control of the Company … a dangerous Coup d’Etat attempted and failed … but the evil in the room will try again to shut this all down.

I came across this story already. The guy in the video above is a bit of a spam merchant. The way he talks is like a salesman. If you want a more sober account I find Patrick Boyle a good source. He's a Professor of economics and his videos are very educational. Here is the version I came across the other day.
He explains the weird company structure of OpenAI.

Last week I booked my place at a seminar on "AI and the Future of the Creative Industries", organised by the WGA for next April.
I'll report back on how useful/informative (or otherwise) it was, in due course..

I'll report back on how useful/informative (or otherwise) it was, in due course.. I spotted there was a GA lecture on the Geography of Cybercrime in the new year … but wasn’t able to attend because I wasn’t attached to a school or university .. It seems the Public .. most affected by cybercrime … isn’t allowed to be privy to the latest info on the tools being used against them. Most odd. Is this WGA lecture also restricted?

Apologies. Away at moment on tour … so intermittent Internet access delayed catching this … Amazing how rapidly GNOME comes up with new protein configurations…. If chemical engineers can sculpt that into drug forms that can pinpoint cancer destruction without bad side effects … hopefully that will improve on Nature’s failure to date to improve species survival from these cancers … in all their forms. …. and eradicate the most damaging cancer treatments still lurking the dark corridors of health services around the World.

I'm pretty certain, along with some top experts in the industry, that China will gain the lead in AI if it has not already done so. AI will accelerate technology so fast that it will be like the first/second world compared to the third world in the way those who use AI will evolve. We had HG Wells create a scifi war of the worlds when it was imagined mechanical machines would become the masters and take over, but it never happened that way. Machines extended our life expectancy and our quality of life.
The thing is Britain is capable of coming up with some top technology in this area, but we can not do it on our own. For one thing we just don't have the capital investment. Either we side with the US and fight China or we partner with China and take a cut. Chinese business tends to work in a fair way, where no one makes obscene profits, and no one gets all their work stolen from them either, but rather they split the profits up according to who contributed what. It's why they all work so harmoniously together as without rip-off no one one gets mad. You can't work and fight and win. If you as a society all work fairly you will put all your intelligence into the product so you all win.
This will become clearer in time, but if you are smarter and can see it now, you can position yourself well for the future. Ironically Britain will only win with AI and become super intelligent if it has the intelligence now to configure its industry in the right place and back the right horse in the race. The US is betting on India. I've heard some stories from China regarding how well the move from US production in China to India is going. India suffers from violence, corruption, poor education, poor skills and generally the acceptance of low standards. Half the iphones in the Indian factories are coming out faulty. From the Chinese point of view they would far prefer to work with the Brits than the Indians. That door is open for us now but it could easily slam shut if we have anyone like Johnson run the country again. He was the low point in China relations, but now it is getting better and we hear positive comments from the Chinese government. They have their fingers crossed we might get back on a sensible track.

For Britain to opt out of the EU/Zionist Project which continually stabbed it in the back and defunded it … and broke our border security for over 40 years … was a BOLD STEP. … For the UK to also turn away from IRA Biden/NATO/CIA-controlled expansionist war-mongers … and switch to a better relationship with the Chinese … would be even more radical … but would show Britain needs to be more independent from dark evil forces from the Bloomberg/Soros Posse pulling America apart now. The Biden Years and mistakes over Ukraine … jumping into bed with these EU/Mossad Expansionist Nazis, shows our ‘poodle relationship’ with America is morally on the rocks. Sunak is the smartest shoe-in PM we never voted for … but he’s culturally Indian and therefore has shown he cannot be totally trusted to bat for indigenous British interests. He showed he wasn’t loyal by greeting that back stabbing Nazi expansionist greedy b——… Ursula van der Leyen as a friend of the UK … and by wasting UK £billions on the Plandemic … in order to throw the UK under.a financial bus … and into the willing grasping arms of the WEF bankers under Schwarb. The Chinese are interested in Britain’s determination to be more independent while America struggles with dementia … allied to an EU and Israel continuing along a path of greedy expansionist ethnic cleansing, totalitarianism and EUGENICS BULLYING. Yes, the Chinese interest is to woo Sunak …. but U.S. Military Bases and NATO is still a bullying deterrent to any UK PM sensible enough to wanting to tell the Americans where they can stick their Dr Strangelove insanity. Remember … the CIA was complicit in killing the Kennedys … they wouldn’t bat an eyelid making any British person and their Families defunct in some staged plane crash. This article in a nutshell explains the truth about Sunak and Cameron … and how they are stabbing us in the back over this Horizon deal. www.msn.com/en-gb/money/other/uk-is-now-directly-helping-brussels-create-eu-army-in-huge-brexit-betrayal-warns-ex-mep/ar-AA1l1ihG?ocid=winp2fptaskbar&cvid=5f9472fcdff84559a7a2e18216633fc0&ei=43Fancy giving away your top science, ingenuity and expertise to the NAZI EXPANSIONISTS in the EU … so they can create an EU Army to crush you into subserviance? …. The ultimate betrayal of Britain …. all funded by handouts from the WEF in Brussels trying to make Sunak look re-electable. He’s a snake oil salesmen … and extra slippery …. that’s for sure!🤔 These people think we are stupid not recognising those who are shafting us. The Chinese need to know how shady he is. I can’t wait for the day AI takes over the MSM and people get to learn the truth over the corrupt machinations going on in the West right now. Military AI killing scientists that are a threat to the Planet is one thing … killing corrupt politicians thru humanitarian reasoning …that would be an interesting twist. …

Pity they brain-washed him over China … if America had continued their relationship with Chinese manufacturing … we would have stability and World Peace right now. … A pity the Soros Posse was the key that destroyed our World. It's interesting to see Musk tell Disney to f-off after they headed a boycott of adverting on Twitter after Musk made it a free speech platform. Musk is now friends with the Chinese government and benefitting in all sorts of ways. The next thing I understand we will see are ultra-cheap Tesla EVs made in China with CATL 1000km range and 5m charge times. that could put Ford and maybe some German manufacturers out of business. I think the British car industry might well be totally crushed like the British electronics industry was.
One thing we could have done but refused to do so because our masters said so was to form a Chinese - British partnership with Rolls Royce jet engines. The firm lost £40bn during the pandemic and had to lay off thousands of workers, but instead they could have been given half the internal Chinese jet engine market. China has the plane (C919) but uses a US engine for it. China wanted to do it with the Brits though. They are boycotting Boeing after their supply contracts to the Taiwanese for missiles.
Chances are if we did not do what we were told by the Americans they would aim to destroy the pound. Economic warfare is their choice weapon for situations like this. They just need to make up some shit why inflation in the UK is 200 % and just bad luck, while all the time it is them. I believe they did the same thing to Argentina when it started to do deals in oil with China and other industry. Now they have one of their own in charge.
Anyway China already understands the predicament we are in and is currently deploying skilful Chinese diplomacy to get on the right path. Here is a Chinese scholar explaining the general idea the state has in terms of what it plans to do and what it is doing. Unlike our own academics and their airyfairy ideas, the Chinese academics are truly very intelligent and you generally find it all makes good sense. It makes our own lot look like clowns. I do believe if we had a good relationship with China and the US tried to attack our currency, the Chinese state banks would buy up our currency to neutralise any attempt, but before we get to that stage, each side need to build trust piece by piece. The good news is it is heading in the right direction, and quite possibly because the Chinese side is a lot smarter than the US side.
