Veterans have been told not to wear their medals on the way to Remembrance Day services across the country, as a retired British Army officer has laid bare the reality of Britain ahead of Armistice Day. Colonel Richard Kemp said he was “lost for words”. As am I. www.gbnews.com/news/remembrance-day-veterans-medals-colonel-kempI could weep honestly, what the hell has gone wrong with this country. It's OK for Muslims to wave Hamas flags and call for Sharia and Jihad. But veterans who have served and in many cases faught for this country are told not to wear their medals. I'm lost for words. No, its not the reality of Britain today It is advice based on no incident or incidents, and the advice has never been issued by any police force Colonel RIchard Kemp is an arsehole, working for an arsehole TV channel, both working together to whip up hysteria and division. The utterly pathetic and shamefull article states that "people are afraid to wear the poppy in London", what absolute garbbage. If there is any disturbances or trouble tomorrow, it will have been caused by people like Suella Braverman, GB News and the arsehole colonel in this article who have done their upmost to divide society, to attempt to pitch the cause for a free Palestine against our annual weekend of remembrance ... shame on them.Yes - of course it wouldn't be anything to do with the friends of Hamas who are organising the protests and their supporters marching through the streets.. ...always someone else to blame eh Sid?

Unbelievable that two posters in this thread who are hellbent on protecting the rights of pro-palestinian & pro-Hamas supporters on the streets of London, resort to blaming certain media outlets and people when their views are offered in light of: a veteran being attacked, Poppy sellers being intimidated, cenotaphs vandalised, wreaths thrown on the floor, posters of Jewish hostages ripped off lampposts, the chanting of 'Jihad', throwing fireworks at policeman, intimidation and physical assault on anyone associated with Israel, and so on.
As usual, these shameful posters want all this ignored and swept under the carpet, and because it isn't, they claim the reporting and discourse around these ugly events in today's Britain are sowing division.
No, what has sowed division are these multiculturalists who are reaping what they have sowed on this nation, and because the cheek is no longer turning the other way they are trying to gaslight people, shame on these dregs.

Because ignorant people like you don't even know you're marching in conjunction with a proscribed terrorist group. Nevermind my reading comprehension, your inferential skills need much development.

And where does that even suggest that all those marching are pro-Hamas? Oh wait, it doesn't. Maybe not - but we know they are useful idiots. If someone went on a march organised by the BNP would you be then suggesting they don't necessarily share the motivations of the organisers of that march?

Actually, I've been forced to the conclusion that the left are the enemy.

The fact that they're being manipulated by Hamas is surely the issue, right? Whether they are too dumb, or worse, to see that is also an issue, yes?

Actually, I've been forced to the conclusion that the left are the enemy. Well, they generally despise and loathe their own country, especially the flag. There's no other conclusion to be made.
