No, most of the information wasn't logged. As a result sadly Donaldson ultimately got let off instead of hanging. I think you'll find that it was and that most of it was dismissed as 'hearsay'. |

Nah, he was a Nazi sympathising shitbag, it's just the surveillance tech of the time wasn't enough to catch him out, convict and hang him.
As with OJ Simpson, we all know he was guilty.
Proving it in court is the tricky bit.

The binder is still in use. When Creasy was released from detention on the Isle of Wight after the war he went on to campaign for prison reform for the rest of his life. He died in 2006 IIRC. He was from a wealthy family (when Paul commented that he was a farmer too Creasy quite indignantly replied that he was not a farmer he was a landowner) and the austere conditions in the detention camp came as quite a shock to him. |

After WW2 he started trying to promote the creation of a European superstate, without promoting European democracy. If he'd died during WW2 it would have been no loss.
