I don't think so, the concept of devolution presumes that local matters will be decided by people who have competence and integrity, this is manifestly not the case in Scotland, London and Wales, all this mess has to be funded and those that fund it are aghast at how their money is being squandered, wasted, stolen and can't be accounted for, therefore if Whitehall decides to scrap devolution it will receive overwhelming support. Any government sensible enough to try it would win a huge majority at the subsequent election for saving us all an absolute fortune. If Labour were to put a referendum on the abolition of devolution in their manifesto they'd win by a fucking LANDSLIDE. On what do you base that? They'd lose whatever they have gained, as a result of Thursday's win, in the minds of the public if they pulled a stunt like that 8% |

Can you justify that rather bizarre observation, if there is such a thing as an inbuilt anti Scottish bias it must be generated by something or other, could it be the highly antagonistic and unpleasant loud mouthed MPs that you choose to send down here perhaps?

There is no English Parliament, the racists who created devolution never gave the English the same representation as it would have cost a fucking fortune. Just like the the rest of devolution does.
