The BBC have spent about half an hour on "Today" attacking GB News (and Talk TV) for bias and calling for an Ofcom investigation into their bias. Nick Robinson has attacked Ofcom for being toothless for doing nothing. Are these people on the same planet. The bias is at the BBC. That little arsehole Amyl Rajan said that GB News were solely about "getting attention not reporting news".
This is surely hypocrisy on a grand scale. I watch GB News and Talk TV in preference to getting news from the BBC because the BBC simply doesn't report a lot of stuff. f you watch the BBC you would never know that most of our hotels are full of illegal migrants, or that the same is true of New York City because of illegals that have been let in by Biden - people are getting from the Sahara to NYC believe it or not.
Yet Nigel Farage predicted the present problems with migration many years ago and was sneered at by the BBC as a racist.

Would that be the same farage who was given a prime time platform on the BBC's "Question Time" more often than any other person?

If you don't, we can assume that GB 'News' has lied to you. And what's with all the advertisements for funeral arrangements on GB news? Do they expect most of their viewers to die in the near future?

They need to advertise more blood pressure pills.

Would that be the same farage who was given a prime time platform on the BBC's "Question Time" more often than any other person? Yes - the same BBC Question Time that never had a majority on the panel who were in favour of Brexit, with Farage the lone pro-brexit spokesman fighting against a remain stacked panel and audience.. balance, don't ya just love it..

And what's with all the advertisements for funeral arrangements on GB news? Do they expect most of their viewers to die in the near future? Literally, yes. They're fighting for advertising against Talking Pictures (an old movie channel I'm happy to have had some dealings with) for the funeral plan/mobility scooter/ready meals/pension market. Which they're finding - as predicted at their launch - isn't enough to maintain a proper News Organisation (which is why so much of their output is cheap-to-air shockjockery..) (Talking Pictures, meanwhile, are just fine, thank you very much. Old movies - many of which are out of copyright and free to air - don't really cost much. It's a tiny operation.)

In other words, you'd only be happy if the Question Time panel were tilted toward a Pro Brexit pov.

I have no idea of the number of hotels full of migrants but there’s more than a few and what I find so wrong is that there are those who have been in the care system for years and on reaching the age of majority are in some cases being given a tent and told to do one others put in caravans or hostels. Why do we treat our own so badly yet welcome some whose right to be here is more than doubtful.

Would that be the same farage who was given a prime time platform on the BBC's "Question Time" more often than any other person? That's not true. But, as Politico says, the BBC did to Farage what they did to Nick Griffin. They put him on panel where he was outnumbered by remainers and the chairman (usually Julian Dimbleby) interrupted him whenever he tried to say anything. And the audience were obviously all Lefties to a man. That's normal with the BBC

Steppenwolf has claimed that more than 51% of hotel rooms in the country are filled by migrants. His source is GBNews, I expect. So, let's test GBNews' reporting. Let Steppenwolf show us that GBNews wasn't talking shit when they claimed that 51% or more of hotel space in the UK is taken up by migrants.

How on earth can you mention the BBC's 'flagship' Question Time programme with a straight face? Every time Farage appeared on QT he was faced with a panel of carefully selected pro EU lefties. It was usually Farage V the rest of the panel. 'Farage given prime time platform' lol get in the bin.

It's not a point about GB News. GB News is the topic of the thread. We are discussing whether it's fair to criticise GB News for inaccuracy. Steppenwolf, an avid GBNews watcher, appears to be woefully misinformed about the number of migrants taking up hotel rooms. It is fair to assume that his extraordinarily exaggerated idea is sourced in the 'news' channel he is failing to defend just by being totally ignorant of facts he would be aware of if he had watched a real news channel. Your point relates to the government and its policies. It is a departure from the thread topic. I don't especially mind the deviation from topic, but if it's a fair point, it is also an irrelevant one for present purposes.

Then Steppenwolfs comments regarding hotels and migrants make my point very relevant so it’s not all about GB news is it so when comparing our own people in need and how they are treated in comparison is a fair point? In any event when have you bothered about staying strictly on topic which I shall remind you of as and when?
