I noticed with much interest that the presenter on the video in the opening post points out that ( in his opinion ), Keir Starmer is no different to either Boris Johnson or Rishi Sunak - ALL LIARS according to him. But of course there is one colossal difference - Keir Starmer has never broken a promise to "The Electorate" because he has never been in power. What Keir Starmer has done, is to go back on his word to Labour members and voters, and in my opinion, often for very good reasons. So, many within the Labour Party and Labour supporters would love to see the water industry nationalised, its a vote winner, but REALITY rules the day, and if Labour become the governing party next year, the financial situation is going to be very tight - WHERE is the Billions going to come from to take back the water industry. ? Reality - is that when the Labour Party publishes its manifesto going into the next general election, and IF Keir Starmer wins that election, and then breaks a - MANIFESTO PROMISE - then, he can be justifiably be called a liar. so you are reduced to redefining what a liar means sid? I tell you sid , your daily muck raking and desperate straw clutching gets more zany as the weeks pass by.
you mean the english and welsh water industry of course as scottish water is nationalised , and it was your labour party who tried to privatise it back in the day until we told you to fack off.
i think you and your party and going to have to do a lot better than refuse to make any promises because money is tight. Didnt you leave the tories a note in 2010 telling them you had spent all the cash and there ws nothing left? Bleating about no money is a bit rich coming from a labour supporter.
That is a typical lying piece of anti-Labour insinuating propaganda ^^^ (Highlighted) NL did not "spend all the cash" nor did they say they had. The cash disappeared from the Banks due to the International Financial Meltdown that had its roots in America. Leaving the Banks needing to be rescued financially in order to ensure that a Recession didn't turn into a Depression. My political position is Center left, if you don't mind me asking, what's yours?

If your posts are anything to go on it would seem that anti-Labour poisonous propaganda is more effective in Scotland than in England. how so ? Isnt the fact labour cant win in england starmers general problem?
i dont think you even have to resort to the effort of propaganda see 2. Everytime starmer and co open gubs labour lose votes. The best anti labour propaganda anyone could offer is putting keir starmer on a platform and giving him a microphone.
If you can't see the amount of anti-Labour propaganda, and you don't think Propaganda plays any part in influencing political opinions, then you are only seeing the political world as you wish to see it.

Here is the story in the guardian see 2...
Liam Byrne, chief secretary to the Treasury under Gordon Brown, left a note for his successor that proved to be a gift for the Conservatives
I’m afraid there is no money.
how is the mentioning of somethng factual that actually happened anti labour propaganda?
Are you now trying to lie and re write history ? In a time of such deceit , telling the truth is seen as revolutionary.........

Ah the new replacement tactics, he is a populist, since when? has he stood on a platform of direct democracy? not on your nelly, has he offered both sides of an argument, not on your nelly, has he ever said he will stand by a majority vote by the people, not on your nelly. Just so you know full well we know populism is and has been under attack by the establishment since 2016. A populist bases their opinion on what they think sounds good... rather than what is in people's best interests (like a bad parent letting their kids eat sweets everyday)... or having any actual political beliefs... hence he keeps flip-flopping to what he thinks is a popular view. The classic one being the scrapping of non-Dom status, which achieves nothing other than discouraging foreign investment and a host of foreign sports people. Every time this fool Starmer opens his mouth to put the boot into the Tories, they produce a clip of him holding the exact opposite opinion previously. I want a Labour leader to do actual GOOD and make people's lives better, not just come out with populist politics of envy bullshit. Examples of actual good things that people want to see: 1) End homelessness / rough sleeping. 2) Ban agency workers for everything except holiday cover so that more people can have full-time contracts. 3) Build some new towns / cities instead of making the current ones unbearable because they are so overcrowded. 4) Reform the NHS, with a big push for getting the population healthier.
