Zany says that we complain about the presence of a couple of hundred thousand asylum seekers but turn a blind eye to the annual appearance of seven hundred thousand or so 'regular' migrants, but who does that? Come on, 'fess up now. Look at the threads on this forum. Most of them are either directly regarding, or are related to, illegal migration. Number of threads on our Australian style points system... I'd say that there are some people on this board who are obsessed by illegal migration. One even stated it's the biggest issue affecting the country. 😳 Really it's a deliberate issue caused by the government to distract from everything else, and judging by many on here it's succeeding very well. Maybe they are obsessed over illegal migrants because those arseholes are treated like gods whilst our own homeless have to make do with a piece of cardboard in a fucking shop doorway. And let's not even mention the rise in crime figures since blairs FOM. |

With Labour councils it's all about raking in cash from motorist, my mate got a parking fine from the Council, he showed me their 'picture' of the offense, it's as clear as day the car was not parked, in the picture it had its running lights on, meaning it was being driven, when he challenged to picture and asked for a 'videofootage' they wrote back and said, no action required it's cancelled.
It's a fucking big con job, how many just pay up without question, cars have become a cash cow for council coffers.
Funny enough mate I got a ticket in Torbay. The dozy fucker who dished out the ticket used the reference to my old shogun as I have cherished plates on my baby. It clearly stated on the ticket a black mitsubishi when's it's a silver Nissan FFS. And the best thing is if the prick had took the time to look it was at a construction site where we were allowed to park whilst working. It makes you think which are dumbest the fucking council numpties or the daft twats they employ. Exactly, and the best part my mate said some old dear had fell in the road and the cars stopped to get out and help her, he said it caused quite a tailback, the parking company must have seized the opportunity to make it look like the cars were parked up, when in fact they were stationary in a traffic jam, like he said to me, how many in the tail back got a fine like me, and how many of the mugs with just cough up without question. |

There's little question that Zany is correct. Opposition here to the massive increase of 'regular' migration is curiously muted in comparison to the hysteria which attends the similarly large increase in asylum claims (large as in proportion rather than in absolute numbers.
I put this strange anomaly down to the fact that many if not most posters here are Brexit supporters and perhaps it is considered by many as letting the side down to complain about the unanticipated side-effects of the much-ballyhooed 'Australian-style' system. The main function of that system was supposed to be a levelling of the playing field and, by eliminating FoM, opening the UK jobs (and education) market to the 'best and the brightest' on a global basis.
Collective egg on face was the result so perhaps best not to make too much of a song and dance about it. Successive post-Brexit governments have made a total bollocks of things but at least we're no longer under the yoke of the unelected dictators is Brussels so we can very soon vote in a government of our own choice (even though we've already had three goes at that). Or so goes the refrain.

During WW2 how many came to our shores and fought on to rid the world of Nazi tyranny. And a great many made the UK the country of choice to remain in for the rest of their lives and very welcome they are too. Whereas what fucking war are these illegals freeing from? Its says much about your beloved EUSSR as they don't want to remain there and the EUSSR usher them to our shores despite the French being paid millions to stem the flow. |
