sid in case it's slipped your notice England United Kingdom is culturally white British Christians, so yes we would expect to see more white people.
That's as stupid and as ignorant as saying the police force in Africa are overwhelmingly Black ....... FFS man.
Christian? What frigging century are you in. No one I know ever goes to church anymore. And I know more atheists than people who even claim to be nominally Christian. And in case it has escaped your bigoted attention, the UK is no longer exclusively white nor of one culture. And it never really was of one culture. What after all can be more British than a bag of chips? Except potatoes were never indigenous to these Isles but were imported from South America only a few hundred years ago. And the top British takeaway food is now a curry. But this originates from India and was brought here by immigrants from there. And even there it was heavily influenced by Portuguese spices so wasn't even purely Indian. Culture evolves and changes all the time. 2000 years ago there were no Christians here. Everyone was a pagan. Cultural evolution and change, influenced by newcomers, is all a natural part of evolutionary change. And the only ones who fear this are racists and phobes and bigots. Of which one or two here ought to step forward now and take a bow. Who says you have to go to church to be a Christian?
I know plenty of people who are of Christian faith but don't go to Church, so what century are you on?
Tell you what I'll have a wager with you, go to Africa and try telling them that their police should be white, try getting top jobs using the excuse if you don't get it it's because they are racists towards white people, try getting Christian or Catholic churches built so you can worship your own faith in their country ...
If you do, see how far you get, I doubt we'll ever see or hear from you again you'll be a good dinner for one the lions .. LOL

We used to send missionaries there mate until we discovered that those we sent were put on the menu. We've sent that much money in aid since the 80s with Bob Sir Geldof and the other virtue signalling lefty mob, we could have ran water pipes to Africa and to the moon and back, yet they are still on the tv 'we need your help' ..... where the fuck has all the billions in aid gone, there is no reason why they haven't got fresh flowing water, other than the corrupt regime government keep it all the money for themselves.

In general I tend to disagree with most of your sentiments, however on this we can concur. The message being that Starmer was willing to prostrate himself to an American Marxist Racist organisation in order to toady up to what he wrongly imagines is widespread approval. Those who support BLM are in general incapable of original thought and are susceptible to media brainwashing, Starmer being a good example.

The hysterical claims made by BLM were trivially false (lies) and the amount of scratching beneath the surface you needed to do to see this clearly was minimal The movement mutated into protection racketeering and scamming donations.
Yet people still hold on - evidence that one of biggest issues in modern politics is mental health

On a sunny day late last spring, three leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement — Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza, and Melina Abdullah — sat around a table on the patio of an expensive house in Southern California. The women were recording a YouTube video to mark the first anniversary of George Floyd’s murder, and they discussed their racial-justice work and the difficulties they had faced over the year.
None of the women acknowledged the house behind them. It’s far from a box, with more than 6,500 square feet, more than half a dozen bedrooms and bathrooms, several fireplaces, a soundstage, a pool and bungalow, and parking for more than 20 cars, according to real-estate listings. The California property was purchased for nearly $6 million in cash in October 2020 with money that had been donated to BLMGNF.
**There's where all the money went ^^

There is nothing political in having the ability to recognise racism whenever or wherever it lifts its ugly head. There is somerhing tokenistic and desperate when it has to be copied and pasted from the US. In your opinion, which you are of course entitled to. The cause of Floyd's death was so unacceptable and the fact that it was recorded on video meant that it could be seen as an extreme example of racism. Many people and organizations around the world reacted to it. While some remained unmoved by it and some even sought to denigrate the reactions that took place. I find it difficult to understand the latter.

Using the letters BLM, not Trade Marked, means that it is ridiculous to assume that using the letters BLM referring to Black Lives Matter in this case, automatically meant that one supported the extremist in America. IMO such a conclusion ^^^ would only be reached by those who either were, or who were unconsciously racists themselves. Which is what your post suggests. Non-racists have no problem in taking the knee.

Keir Starmer - who folded bodily and fell to his knees. All the companies who put BLM insignia on their profiles, sporting associations who coerced players to kneel etc etc

Once again the same lefties are trying to play ‘ whackamole’ with people criticising BLM and moving the goalposts ( that’s not the BLM I’m referring to 🙄. That’s the bad BLM not the nice one ). I’d BLM refers to multiple and disparate organisations then the term BLM is meaningless. If Starmer bent the knee to BLM and didn’t tell us what one then he is a plum and we must assume that he meant all of them . IF BLM is a slogan then it is meaningless ( rather like “ let’s be nice “) and Starmer is an even bigger plum. Either way Starmer is a plum .

I’d BLM refers to multiple and disparate organisations then the term BLM is meaningless. In which case, BLM could theoretically be a reference to a Nazi slogan that embodies the stance that 'black lives matter' because there shouldn't be any black people living.

Just as an organisation called ’ white lives matter ‘ protesting about white peoples who are victims of black violence and oppression ( ie South Africa) during lock down would have been .
