It's rather ironic that it was a former Director of Public Prosecutions who was most keen on getting on his knees in support of BLM. "over 5 years after BLM protests, property crime arrests fell 12%, reported murders increased 11.5%, which is over 3000 additional homicides & property crime clearance rate fell 8%. These statistics are not only alarming but offer compelling evidence of a substantial decrease in police activity"

Black Lives Matter’s effect on police lethal use of forceGuilty conscious and retraining most likely. There does appear to be a fixed biased mindset, mostly it seems against Black people amongst some / many US police. A mindset that I suspect will take generations to eventually abolish. That's the problem with extremists, and with those who would support their extremism whether deliberately of inadvertently.

That photograph must be at the forefront of everyone's mind prior to the election, it demonstrates that Starmer is absolutely gullible and thick, that he jumps on bandwagons and that he publicly supported defunding the police, overthrowing capitalism and changing the history of the United Kingdom.
Anyone with an ounce of acumen could see exactly what BLM were about, except Starmer and his ill bred foul mouthed floozy, imbeciles the pair of them.
Please can you post this photograph on a regular basis, in the unlikely event that any forum members are considering voting for these hopeless individuals it will refresh them on just what a plonker Sir Keir really is.

Proof that the photo proves any of your nonsense ___ i.e. "it demonstrates that Starmer is absolutely gullible and thick, that he jumps on bandwagons and that he publicly supported defunding the police, overthrowing capitalism and changing the history of the United Kingdom."___

What else does the fact that a middle aged white vote seeking politician making an arse of himself demonstrate then? Are you suggesting that taking the knee is anything other than ridiculous.

Can anyone imagine Jim Callaghan taking the knee? Or even Harold Wilson?
Tony Blair for sure, but that merely emphasises the extent to which Labour have severed their connections with the white working class since the Blairites took control.

Iirc at the time on a forum far far away, any criticism of BLM prompted a leftie or two to declare that there were several BLMs .

Regurgitating THAT ONE AGAIN - Black Lives Matter ?
Its as much about making a stand for equality as much as anything else, and as we all very well know, there have been far too many instances and stories of racism in our police forces, including many recent stories, particularly in The Metropolitan Police.
Official Inquiries instigated by both Conservative and Labour governments confirmed that racism HAS been a problem and an issue in The Metropolitan Police.
One ground breaking inquiry concluded that "The Metropolitan Police is institutionally racist"
So explain whats wrong exactly in campaigning for equality, and making a stand against racism ?

OK Sid - you make a stand. In that case, should the UK see the same results as the US, would you accept a rise in murders as a price worth paying for your stand?

They knew what they were doing, in the US it was on the verge of civil war and was starting to cross over the Atlantic, they were buying time. Sure black lives matter no more or less than anyone else. Peoples lives matter a great deal more amongst themselves than they ever will for politicians.

I'd be willing to bet my deeds that no one regrets that photograph more than Starmer. It will haunt him to his grave.
