She's been in power too long, it is the way of democracy to keep chopping and changing those who govern.
Scotland will get rid of the SNP, that is inevitable, it is the unavoidable fate of all politicians that one day someone else will be elected.
Scotland is not a one party state, there are many alternatives, most of which are better than her.
I suspect Labour will get in. They're going to take over the running of Great Britain, either in coalition or majority government. Liz Truss has made that inevitable. With Labour resurgent in the rest of the country, it's inevitable that they will also be resurgent in Scotland.
The state of NHS Scotland is a good reason not to vote SNP.

With Labour resurgent in the rest of the country, it's inevitable that they will also be resurgent in Scotland. The state of NHS Scotland is a good reason not to vote SNP. You forget one important point: the SNP are in power because of Independence and they have remained in power because of the way the Party has run the country. The SNP will only fade away when the country becomes a sovereign State. "Most of which are better than her": name one! No laughing at the back please. You've been forecasting the fall of the SNP for years and especiall so after the 2017 election. The Party won back most of the losses in 2019 and those that did not go yellow saw the Tory majorities reduced. The latest Polls suggest a wipe out of Tory representation. Now that the Tories are in disarray you pin your hopes on Labour. A very forlorn hope. I suppose it is a more "credible" option than the Tories ever were. Whether you like it or not, the Constitutional question is the driving force of politics in Scotland and until Labour see that their anti referendum stance is a vote loser they will remain also rans. Explain why it is inevitable that Labour will win in Scotland. Scotland did not follow England to vote Tory and we voted Remain when England voted Leave. The Scottish NHS is in a better state than it's counterpart in England www.businessforscotland.com/scotlands-nhs-outperforms-the-rest-of-the-uk-heres-why/ Provide evidence saying otherwise.

The one big question is: does the SNP have it in them to actually push for Independence? At successive elections we were told that a referendum was going to be held ... but, apart from seeking a Section 30 order, nothing has happened. Last year Martin Keatings brought a case to court - very similar to the one being heard this week - but the SNP actively worked against it... Do the SNP actually want independence? Like UKIP, if they get what they purport to want then their raison d'etre is gone.
Plus, when you've made a career out of blaming the English it's a lot easier to carry on doing that than it is to take responsibility yourself.
Sturgeon is a rabble-rouser, but she's not stupid - she knows full well the issues that she'd have to face if she ever made good on independence. And she clearly doesn't fancy it.

You Brit Nats come out with the same old clap trap - time and again. When will one of you come up with evdence of 'blaming the English'. Not one of you have come up with anything remotely anti-English spoken by Sturgeon.

Yep, because the rump left and joined the Brexit Party (later the Reform Party).

There's hardly any point in the Reform party either unless the voting system changes and we get PR.

For arguments sake let's just say Scotland get their independence, what exactly will change for them?
It's not like some big money tree will pop up because they are now independent, I mean they are struggling to balance the books now even with the Billions of Free money from Central government.
How are they going to survive, what is their source of revenue, what's their economic plans, what is their currency, has the deluded Sturgeon answered any of these 'basic' questions, that will be asked, if she can't, what happens when they are asked to spell out the fine detail, the small print..
Sorry to say it will not happen, to give Scotland independence on the whim of some deluded deranged narcissist is not grounds to warrant Independence.

I think you should do a little research before mouthing off about something it is obvious that you know very little. Scot Gov Balances the books every year. Not to do so would incur a financial penalty. What makes up the so called deficit is payments made by Westminster on Scotland and its 'share' of the cost of spending on retained matters. The money is not'Free money from Central Government'. The money comes from taxation raised in Scotland The source of revenue? Well how about a thriving distilling industry, food industry and so on. We are self sufficient as regards energy, we even export to England. We have water aplenty whereas England is nearing capacity from the sources it has now. You'll be trying to raid Scotland's natural resources just as you did Oil & gas. You got off with the latter because of the unequal Union. You do know that around 50% of Scots favour Independence? Right? They don't believe in Independence because of a cult of personality. She is a one of the best politicians in the UK. Her popularity ratings are positive unlike others.

It was a question as much as a statement, my friend. It's not difficult to see how a politician might champion a cause while actually working against it.

The best response to Sturgeon and her Independence was nailed in one comment lol
Scotland will be the next Greece but without the sun lol
In other words it will need to be bailed out by the obvious mugs, the UK tax payers, the EU wont touch them with a bargepole, they will just be useful idiots to them.

As I said in my previous post, you should carry out some research. It really will be illuminating. You'll also have to learn to read because you obviously did not read the post. Unless, maybe it's understanding the witten word that is your problem.

Well well well. Another English nat in denial. Let me make this very clear to you mate as you keep ranting utter rubbish that you cannot back up. Bankrupt England with its £2.7 trillion debt, covid and Brexit not included. Yes that really is £2,700,000,000,000 and rising at over £5,000 a second is already Greece without the sun. The sick man of Europe dragging Scotland with it. As you spectacularly go into denial. Now I am still waiting on you to point out where bankrupt England gave energy rich Scotland £41 billion. That is what you said. Now I was going to give you a link. But you will ignore it. As your ilk always do, amd continue reading the Emperor's Clothes. But instead I will give you a copy and past and perhaps you can correct it. Which you won't. You have already been asked and waffled out. If you are going to rant about economics I suggest you actually understand what you post. Not rant undiluted havering slastering drivel you read on your auntie Bessie's face book page. So how about you putting your money where your mouth is and correct what I saying. You already ranted it was wrong. So if it is wrong you must have the correct figures. By the way you do know. The second Scotland does go is merry way. Bankrupt England will at a minimum going by the economics of present constitutional arrangement borrow another £100 billion. Over and above what it does now. . So how about you correcting that as well. Go on be a devil. Be the first deluded Englishman to correct that and what is following. The latest figures I have. Not including oil and gas, Scotland sold £86.4 billion in goods and services to England. England sold £93.4 billions in goods and services to Scotland. Scotland in terms of countries is England's largest trading partner with exports to Scotland greater than to Brazil, South Africa, Russia,. India, China and Japan put together. The jock haters are suggesting that some future arsehole English chancellor is going to put millions on the dole in England and destroy £180 billion worth of trade between the 2 nations, as they rant Scotland wants to leave England. Because they hates the Jocks. Or think some future chancellors are as stupid as them. There will be a hard border when the UK split up and yes there will be tariffs. Not because of Scotland. Because England voted to make itself poorer. Swallowing the lying fanny spewed by Farage and Johnston. As they now see what they voted for. I think by now even the village idiots in the real world have now concluded England is not going to benefit the sunny uplands with the easiest deal in history and have your cake and eat it. Would you care to correct any of that. Scotland is the only UK nation to have exported more goods internationally than it has imported every year since records began. ... In terms of exports per head, Scotland outperforms the UK: Scotland exports £17,455 per head per year, while England exports £8,626 per head per year. Scotland is an exporting powerhouse, whose success has had nothing to do with being part of the UK, but whose future has been jeopardised due to the UK leading taking Scotland out of the European Union. Scotland also outperforms all the other UK nations in terms of international exports. Scotland is the only UK nation to have exported more goods internationally than it has imported every year since records began. In contrast, England’s international trade deficit in goods is massive. The source Fraser of Allander institute. And the laughable bit.. . On its own whisky contributes £37 a second to the Uk treasury. Once you have corrected the above. In terms of Barnett. Would you care to explain to me how it works and exactly how Scotland benefits. In terms of currency the Scottish pound will be floated. And a Scottish Central bank is now up and running. By the way England does not have a central bank. The UK does. You have been told a dozen times and still insist on ranting the same rubbish. Now the reason I posted this. It will answer all the rubbish you are about to post. All I have simply to do is refer you to it. I await with bated breath on more undiluted drivel. And not one question answered. On the link for UK and Britain... Road bankrupt England. I forgot to add. You do know that England is about to enter a real energy crises. It will have to close down 8 nuclear power station and build 9 new oines. Going by Hinkley point now years overdue and owned by the French that will cost the UK tax payer, that me some £600 billion. You put your figure on it. Plus a £100 billion a year for everf on decommissioning Now why should i as a Scottish tax payer subsidice you, because you cannot live within your means, again on this. when Scotland exports energy by the bucket load. And can power itself on wind alone twice over. Then of course within 25 years England is about to run out of water. And guess who is going to sell you it. Now how about you giving me one economic reason how energy rich Scotland will benefit from being tied to bankrupt England. I take it you have the ability to click on a link. Are they lies as well. As you go into denial. www.newstatesman.com/chart-of-the-day/2022/05/how-uk-gdp-per-capita-became-sick-man-europe-againwww.newstatesman.com/economy/2022/06/britain-sick-man-of-europe-uk-zero-growth-oecd-economic-forecast-2023inews.co.uk/news/environment/england-run-out-of-water-25-years-scotland-is-the-answer-270651www.communitywindpower.co.uk/news/wind-energy-generated-in-scotland-is-enough-to-power-two-scotlands/1405.htm#:~:text=Work-based%20Learning-,Wind%20energy%20generated%20in%20Scotland%20is%20enough%20to%20powe

Worked out yet That farage is a right wing fascist. And a Neo nazi is a right wing fascist. So could you explain how in your mind you conclude a right wing neo nazi is left wing. That is what you said. By the way. Could I congratulate you again. As the PoFo forums top one line wonder. For the second time I see you have managed two or more lines. But alas you still have not answered the question asked. Then tell me. What independence did UKIP get. By the way. you are correct but not on if the SNP want indy. It is the voter. As project frear worked. But now. It is well understood that what the Brit nats ranted would happen to Scotland if they left the UK. Happened because it was in the UK. Bankrupt England dragging energy rich Scotland with it.
