Then they haven't been paying attention if they do, let's look at the facts
Most of the Councils that have gone bust are LABOUR
ULEZ will be extended to most parts of the country if Labour get to power, so far they are keeping it within London because if they told the public (now) of their future extension plans they know it would cost them votes.
Brexit will be dead in the water under a Labour government, we'll be shackled back under the EU taking on more of their laws and rules.
If we think the illegal migrant crisis is bad now, wait till Labour get it, they will be given priority over UK citizens
That ^^ is just for starters.
But some councils who have either gone bust or are close to financial meltdown are Tory, and it is a fact that Labour areas are usually places with the most problems, inner city areas where low income and poverty tends to be worse. Of course you have some kind of evidence, or a link to back your claim that a Labour government will extend ULEZ to "most parts of the country" ?Again, not a shred of evidence that a Labour government would abandon Brexit, a statement based entirely upon assumption. But bearing in mind that Keir Starmer has repeatedly said that he will not revisit the issue, to do so if elected would be a colossal breach of trust ... it just wont happen. Again, on the migrant crisis issue, pure assumption, the government have quickly employed dozens of immigration assesors in the hope of keeping one of Sunaks pledges by the end of the year ( something he will not achieve ), Labour have for several years repeatedly called for more immigration officers to clear the backlog. My advice to you, it's not what Labour say that you need to worry about, it's what they don't say.
They've been asked on many many occasions 'would you extend the ULEZ to other parts of the country'? .... they wont answer the question.

Sid, they employed the extra staff using borrowed money to pay the wages.
See the problem? It's the "Yesterday we had a lovely time in the Ferrari" problem. Today, we're paying for it.

That would be a good question for the Labour Party... Good, less fast cars and world cruises more appointments for those in pain and help for the mentally ill. Sounds good to me. So you are now becoming a Tory supporter...

Sorry but your statement is factualy not true, the newly elected government of 1997 set about repairing the damage to the NHS immediately, and though it was not possible to immediately turn around and then bring down both waiting lists and waiting times, the policies implemented did eventualy change things dramatically for the better. At the very end of Blairs reign in 2007, when real improvements were clear to everyone in the NHS, the UK deficit was 2.7% of GDP In the fiscal year 96-97 it was 3% In the fiscal year 95-96 it was 4.1% In the fiscal year 94-95 it was 5.3% The government of Tony Blair made massive improvements to the NHS without excessive borrowing, the data speaks for itself, and its not difficult to find.

Well done Sid - you have finally discovered the reason for Labours massive expansion of PFI.. "For decades, governments of both main parties have used them for the simple but ultimately short-sighted view that it keeps borrowing off the books – helping reduce the amount of debt the country appears to have, but at great longer-term expense."

yep. Dont know how many times sid has been told this , but presumably he is hoping the public are as daft as he thinks they are .
meanwhile , i see vote watch are reporting yet another labour council are facing bankruptcy........
Labour Four Labour Councillors Standing Down In Bristol As ANOTHER Labour Council Faces Bankruptcy
Over half of the current cabinet for Bristol city council have announced they are standing down, with the Labour-run council continuing to spiral towards bankruptcy.
There could, however, be a serious reason why the councillors are choosing to stand down, with one Bristol constituent telling VoteWatch: “They’re rats jumping off a sinking ship. There’s no money left – they Labour councillors have eaten through it all”

Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes in Britain have created chaos in the National Health Service (NHS) and have driven hospitals into financial crisis. Hundreds of health workers at Barts Health NHS Trust in east London found out last week that bosses there plan to slash workers’ wages or cut their jobs altogether to save money.

We have to support the useless tiers of functionally unemployed 'administration' no matter what the cost
