Did he win ? I’ve got no idea I don’t watch the shit. All I know is the other day a friend of mine posted something suggesting the tossed might win.
If he did win, will Australia keep him ? I bloody hope so
Win is perhaps the wrong word.
But I don’t know how these shows work.
The only example I’ve seen was a Dr Who episode where eviction from the house meant the sharp end of a disintegration ray gun. Which if that were the case in real life would have me voting like a maniac in the celeb editions.
Literally decades ago there was one of these ‘reality tv’ things where a load of people who over-ate to varying degrees of self abuse were dragged off to a boot camp to be shown how to stop this
I watched because one of the ‘financial advisers’ at the bank I then worked for was among the ‘participants’ and went there in hope of stopping using over - eating through the stress at work
It was actually interesting for the first two or three shows particularly when this really, REALLY obese bloke was persuaded to try swimming in one of those pools they use for hydrotherapy where you swim against a water jet and he was off like a rocket.
Sadly after about half way through the third episode the producers hit pay dirt so to speak with two of the girls who behaved like spoiled bitches towards each other as the hunger pangs kicked in and from then on the whole thing became the blonde bitch v brunette bitch cat fight show and for me lost all purpose.
The chap I knew did succeed in his aim though, the people he met and worked with while there did start him on a path that stopped his overeating through stress, and in the end he went off and did another job altogether and looked much better for it, but of course no ordinary viewer of the show would ever have known that.
