It seems Matt Hancock has appeared in Australia as a late contestant on ITV's 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here'.
It's also just been revealed he's had the whip removed lol. I should bloody well think so too.

These Tory MPs get ever more shameless in lining their own pockets while neglected the duties they are paid to service.
Time for a change.

I doubt the accusation of 'lining their pockets' can be levelled at Tory MP's only. However, on this occasion Chief Whip Simon Hart was quite right to remove the whip from Hancock. He's being paid £84k a year to represent his constituents, from Australia? Hancock said he will donate a 'part' of his fee to a local hospice, very charitable but it's not good enough. He should forfeit his salary for the time he is in Australia. The man is an attention seeking disgrace.

I think he probably knows his political career is over. He has a book coming out, should be a best seller lol, and this trip to Australia is probably him grabbing another pay day while he can.

I hope they keep him there, yes; I think he knows his days in the House is over Sunak ignored him when he shook hands with others outside No 10,

Just shows the level of intelligence of the people running our country.
Hancock has the whip removed for going on TV.
Braverman is promoted to minister for sending sensitive info on her private phone.
You couldn't make it up.

Does Australia really need another venomous snake?
I saw on the news where Hancock pushed his way to the front to congratulate Sunak. Congratulate for what? The contest was fixed so that Sunak would be PM without facing any sort of election, which he would have certainly lost. Hancock saw it as an opportunity to ingratiate himself with Sunak, hoping he would be given a minister's job where he could hand out government contracts. Kerching.
After getting completely ignored by Sunak, Hancock decided to go on some third rate TV program to increase his bank balance. Kerching.

It amused me, he has finally decided the Conservative manifesto just like all the others were not worth the paper they are written on and has joined in another farce.

By the way, did you hear how much Hancock is being paid for going into the jungle? Apparently a cool £400,000.
I still wouldn't do it.

In some ways he is well qualified to be in the jungle on that program. He is after all coming from an environment infested with snakes and rats.
Seriously, though, his MP salary should be forfeit for the time he is out there. Swanning off to Australia whilst still claiming the salary we the taxpayers fund for the job he has abandoned is frankly just taking the piss out of us all, and reeks of self-interested, entitled arrogance laced with contempt for those of us who pay his wages.
