i still don’t understand how COVID was a risk requiring the census be delayed… truth now john. What you mean is you dont like the fact the scottish census was done at a different time to england and wales , as it upsets your britishness. no thomas that’s utter bullshit. I meant what i said and i still mean it. One of the points made earlier was that COVID was a risk factor in holding the census. That makes no fucking sense. It was (for us) an electronic process carried out on a smartphone and submitted over the internet. The government department at Titchfield had been shut for months having had a blazing row about it. COVID provided no risk i know of to database servers so what exactly was the fuss about Covid ? Or are you telling me Scotland used pen and paper and snail mail ? |

We had the british media and politicians highly politicising the census for many reasons , and its a wonder the return rate was as high as it was.
I like the fact it was done at a different time to yours though. Going forward , lets hope if we are still in your accursd union at the next one , we can keep it seperate once again .
Let me put the question back to you......why should we scottish be forced to do a census at the same time as you just to make you feel happy about your britishness? You just cant bear anything that shows a difference in the different nations of the feudal uk state can you john?
I cant wait till scotland becomes a normal country without angry old british gammons screaming incoherently about silly things like not having a bwitish census .
