Undocumented migrants who are found to be guilty of a crime can be sentenced by a court. They can therefore serve a prison term in France. After serving their prison sentence, undocumented migrants are typically deported from French territory. They are taken to a CRA and then sent back to their country of origin. If they can find them. They do not release them and then pick them up again, they just deport them. |

We were talking about refugee/immigrants that have been in prison for committing a crime in France being deported when they have served their sentence. Nothing to with 'containment camps'. |

There was a report on ITV the other day where an 'asylum seeker' was interviewed as he was getting into a boat to set off for England. He was asked how long he had been in France - answer was 7 years, 5 of those in prison!... Fleeing persecution my arse. Apparently, France and Germany refuse all "Asylum" applications from Albanians. Whereas we grant two-thirds of them.
Suella needs to sort that out pronto.

The root cause of that appears to stem from the Modern Slavery Act introduced by Theresa May. When the Albanians wade ashore they inform the authorities that they have been trafficked, that ensures that they can't be returned.
Mrs May was an imbecile and this rubbish should be repealed immediately.

There is no simple answer, other than speeding up the process and granting asylum or deporting.
