You do realise the migrant crisis is manufactured by the Tories to keep the public's attention away from what they are doing don't you? This is a conspiracy theory I am not familiar with. How have the Tories "manufactured" a migrant crisis? Please, do tell what are the Tories really doing while our heads are turned; poisoning potable water for care homes? The number of migrants crossing the channel has increased dramatically since the Tories have been in power. There are many, many things they could do but will not, don't you wonder why?

Did anyone notice how many times Braverman mentioned 'patriot' during her speech?
That word has nothing to do with immigration other than to wind up the right-wing loonies.

Why can't the HS say this? .. Tories join backlash at Suella Braverman over 'inflammatory' claim Channel migrants are 'invading' south coast with her own minister warning against 'demonising' arrivals - as Home Secretary battles to survive amid chaos at Kent processing centre What is wrong with stating the obvious, she is not 'demonising' illegal migrants she is pointing out the UK tax payers are not willing to pay £7 million A DAY, to accommodate illegal migrants, if she isn't allowed to say that then we know this migrant crisis is only going to get worse, they are doing fuck all about it.

Patriotism is not about believing in one and only one method of doing things. People on the left and right are patriots with different views.

She is deliberately using inflammatory language to whip up fear and division in a desperate attempt to get votes from people with views such as your own. They do s despite the firebomb attack in Dover just hours before.
Sunak permits it and therefore given he is PM is responsible for the actions of his Home Secretary.
Their actions speak volumes about this latest new government.

We must be careful with language on immigration, minister says Immigration minister Robert Jenrick has said politicians must be careful with language after the home secretary claimed southern England was facing an "invasion" of illegal migrants. Mr Jenrick told BBC Radio 4's Today: "It's not a phrase I've used." But he said his boss Suella Braverman was right to be straight with the public about the "sheer scale" of illegal migration. He said "more radical options" were needed to deal with the "crisis". www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-63466532What Jenrick really means is that we mustn't tell the truth about this invasion in case it upsets the deniers who prefer to describe economic immigrants as "migrants." They aren't migrants. Given the time it takes to process them and deport a fraction of the number arriving daily, they are immigrants who will never leave. Birds migrate i.e. return to where they came from. These people immigrate and it's time that the fact was admitted and they were called immigrants.

The majority of these illegal migrants who are paying tens of thousands to people traffickers to get to the UK they are all young fit men.
They are going to flood every town and village in the UK, and when it's too late people will be demanding something is done about it, one Council went to court to stop the government housing these illegals in a hotel, and they won, this will happen in most areas of the country where they are trying to off load these illegals.
We have no idea who these men are, it's absolutely a breach of peoples security placing these migrants in residential areas.

The Home Sec is being open and honest about a serious problem, and I applaud her for that what she may or may not be able to do about it is another matter.
It was great result for the Council who won a Court order to prevent those that have entered the UK by unlawful means.

There was a report on ITV the other day where an 'asylum seeker' was interviewed as he was getting into a boat to set off for England. He was asked how long he had been in France - answer was 7 years, 5 of those in prison!...
Fleeing persecution my arse.

Undocumented migrants who are found to be guilty of a crime can be sentenced by a court. They can therefore serve a prison term in France. After serving their prison sentence, undocumented migrants are typically deported from French territory. They are taken to a CRA and then sent back to their country of origin.
