It doesn't say it was a private landlord who evicted them. But maybe they owed him rent. Why would the council evict them to just be put in the position of finding them another home?

They bred more kids than they can support. Why do they feel that the rest of us owe them? We have a saying down here "that if you cannot piss get off the pot". They bash out these kids knowing full well they cannot support them.

Can't feed 'em? Don't breed 'em.
The same applies to housing.

I know you wouldn't give anyone the scrapings of your arse. But that just makes you a morally deficient excuse for a human being. And one who thinks he looks smart with a penis for an avatar. So, as expected, you can't address the point. Most people restrict the size of their family to one that they can support. Your parents did. Mine did. I did. What makes these scroungers so special? They should have been offered the biggest house that the council had available and been told: "Take it or leave it". One family, one house. If they don't like it, they should buy their own. Like everyone else does. You are aware that circumstances change, aren't you? And that in any case the cost of housing to buy or privately rent is now so extortionate that millions of hard working people cannot afford to pay it. Such costs are far more out of reach than they were for you and I when we were younger, and far more out of reach than they were for our parents.

Believe it or not, such idiocies do happen. How many times do we hear of council tenant families being evicted for anti-social behaviour, criminal activity, or not paying the rent, or some such? This of course makes them statutorily homeless leading to the council having a legal duty to put a roof over their heads, ie house them again! What to do about that in a way that doesn't result in children living on the street is a whole other debate.

Once there homeless its upto the council to find them homes If you kept up with the latest laws you would know that lanlords can no longer evict people and it is no longer a court matter and is now in the hands of an ombudsman.

There are too many families that are not baby factories desperately trying to make ends meet without whining that the rest of us should be paying for their folly.

Exactly. The cash being taken to support these scroungers is coming out of the pockets of hard working people struggling to support their own families.
