You say that the re-wilding attempts in the UK have been "half arsed" and that "When Johnson talks of Beaver he is not thinking about re-wilding".
But he clearly stated that Britain can "Build Back Beaver", and in that speech he was making a bit of fun by playing with the "Build Back Better" slogan. Although actually I believe that he is quite serious about having British beavers.
