You answered a question, are you alright, you must lie down and recuperate. So you believe Case in one instance but do not believe him in others, not really reliable is he? So what you are telling us you would be happy if you were facing a Employment tribunal, and after the findings you lost your case.
Months later you discovered the head of your tribunal was being offered a lucrative job with your accusers.
Only a utter idiotic moron stupid dimwitted halfwit wouldn't know that there was a collusion at your tribunal and you were basically stitched up like a kipper, in your kangaroo court.
But that is not what is happening. Civil servants leave their posts regularly to take up jobs with political parties and are allowed to do so after serving a recommended time of gardening leave. This is what has happened. It is the Tory cabinet office that have decided she did something wrong not the official channel in such cases.

"In July 2023, a Cabinet Office probe found that Sue Gray had broke civil service code in regards to her talks with the Labour Party"
It's not over till the fat non-binary person sings.

A cabinet office probe did not agree with the official body that deals with such things. Mind you the Tories have form with this sort of thing, they regularly don't agree with the Lords, Law courts, Barristers, Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Their own party, Students, young people, old people, disabled....

Government says, what do you expect them to say? The cabinet office does not deal with the issues of civil servants leaving their jobs that is ACOBA's job. Why were the cabinet office dealing with this?

Priorities Cabinet office. Our priorities for 2022 to 2023 are to:
support the Prime Minister and Cabinet to deliver the government’s programme drive efficiencies and reforms that will make government work better create a more united democracy strengthen and secure the United Kingdom at home and abroad
Nothing to do with them.

The Tories "haven't just made something up" ? 🤣 You have got to be joking. Why did they need to 'investigate' it? Gray never told them what happened, so how do they know?

Why did they need to 'investigate' it?They investigated it to see if she had broken rules, because she was overseeing a case that had allegedly broken Covid lockdown rules, how can you have someone investigating someone else when they themselves are breaking a different set of rules.
You being a lefty, do you believe it should only be the Tories investigated for rule breaking, and the lefties should be allowed to break rules, including those who oversee inquiries in to rule breaking?

It was not their job. They did not speak to Starmer or Gray but came to a 'conclusion' anyway. Anyone, in my opinion, should be investigated if 'foul play' is suspected, regardless of political persuasion and there are 'proper' channels established to do just that, so why did the Tories feel the need to 'change the rules' again? Being a lefty has nothing, therefore, to do with it.
