He couldn't be found guilty before the event. That's not how time works. It is for Harriet Harperson. She made that comment after the police had found Bojo guilty of breaking lockdown rules.

It is for Harriet Harperson. She made that comment after the police had found Bojo guilty of breaking lockdown rules. This line has been corrected numerous times on this forum. The police cannot find people guilty. The most they can do is charge somebody based on evidence. This is not Judge Dredd, even if this is a system Labour is going for.
The fact of the matter, which I am sure a lot of people will agree with, is that it was a show trial to not only take down the elected PM, but to also destroy his entire political career because he ate a slice of cake.

Never heard of fixed penalty notices? Yes, we also went through this, too. A fixed penalty notice is NOT a conviction. It's designed for the most petty of offences to prevent wasting time and resources. You can refuse to accept it and then, and only then, can the police charge you. His offence, which the Left would clearly hang somebody over, was that he ate some cake at a surprise birthday gathering which his mrs staged. I am sure everyone on here would have had a slice in that situation. It isn't like it's crime of the century.
Boris should have refused the penalty, and in hindsight he probably would have, because what followed was a rigged show trial by the PIE woman.

She did not talk to ACOBA then, that is the authority that deals with civil servants changing jobs, not the Tory cabinet office looking to score political points. Or do you think it should have just been the cabinet office that looked into it? No - she did not report her conversations with the Labour Party. Blatant breaking of the Civil Service code.

Never heard of fixed penalty notices? No such thing. It's actually a Conditional Offer of a Fixed Penalty Notice. And no one is obliged to accept the offer.

She made that comment after the police had found Bojo guilty of breaking lockdown rules. And the police never find anyone guilty.

Semantic bollocks. He was deemed to have broken the law by the police ie guilty of breaking COVID regulations.

No - she did not report her conversations with the Labour Party. Blatant breaking of the Civil Service code. Who did she not report it to? Her line Manager - Simon Case.

Who did she not report it to? Her line Manager - Simon Case. You answered a question, are you alright, you must lie down and recuperate. So you believe Case in one instance but do not believe him in others, not really reliable is he?

So what you are telling us you would be happy if you were facing a Employment tribunal, and after the findings you lost your case.
Months later you discovered the head of your tribunal was being offered a lucrative job with your accusers.
Only a utter idiotic moron stupid dimwitted halfwit wouldn't know that there was a collusion at your tribunal and you were basically stitched up like a kipper, in your kangaroo court.
